The unit was very clean and had what we needed. My daughter just moved to the area so it was a perfect place to stay while moving in. I would stay there again for sure.

Dennis was very communicative every time we contacted him. He helped resolve a few issues we encountered. For our two week stay, we were always able to find street parking. All amenities were provided.

A great place!

This is indeed a cozy 1-bedroom house. It has been remodeled and is very attractive and comfortable. We will stay here again when we visit family in the Wicker Park area.

Dennis is a dream host.

Dennis is an absolute dream of a host in an already wonderful location. The property was clean and as described. The location can’t be beat. Dennis is more than accomodating, having gone out of his way to make my stay more comfortable on multiple occasions. When i return to Chicago, this is where i’m going to be staying.

Great Experience

Great experience. The site was just as it appears in the listing. Vey clean and fresh. Everything worked. Bed was comfortable. Great location too. My daughter's friends who live in the area were equally impressed.

The place is updated and all nice furniture. All appliances are new also. The bathroom has a nice spacious shower. Great couch and TV also. The Host responded to all emails before very fast and I had to call (I locked myself out) and they responded immediately. And we talked about a few items and they were in then process of fixing. Them. I would stay again

East Humboldt Park is a beautiful neighborhood nestled on the west side of Chicago bordering Wicker Park and Ukranian Village. Close to bars, amazing restaurants, and amazing Puerto Rican history, East Humboldt Park has everything Chicago is famous for. One of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood is Heritage Caviar Bar where you can find your fill of international cuisine and curated caviar.

Our property was recently renovated in May 2024. Everything is brand new including appliances, furniture, and finishes. You won't regret choosing our cozy abode.
