Our group of 6 stayed here for a long weekend trip to Chicago. The 3 bedroom upstairs apartment met our needs well. The outdoor space was nice for gathering, location great for public transportation with a bus stop on the corner and Western station nearby. The property owner was responsive when things came up. Could use new pillows and bed upgrades, otherwise very nice stay.

Another great stay

This is our second time staying at this property and everything was just as great as the last time. We had everything we needed and communication was quick and easy.

Wonderful Apartment with Parking

Wonderful Apartment with Parking! Great apartment. Very clean. Kitchen has some of the basic utensils and there is a fridge for your groceries. Air conditioning throughout. Three bedrooms more than enough rooms. There are renters in the suite below you but they kept to themselves.Great location. Minutes away from the freeway.

Better beds needed

Place was very clean and nice. The only issue we had was no access to a washer and dryer and the beds were cheap and not comfortable. It is important for a good nights rest and this place didnt give us that. I recommend the owner to have better beds it would make the stay a lot better.

Worth the price

A few girlfriends and I were planning a weekend in Chicago and booked this for Thursday through Sunday. Unfortunately there was a double booking that occurred for Saturday night somehow which was quite inconvenient but the nights as stayed here were pleasant. Beds were comfortable enough, place was clean, plenty of space, off street parking spot which is highly important unless you want to drive around finding a spot at busier times of the day. Could have used more bathroom towels and rags, and also kitchen ones but otherwise was sufficient. Tip: bathroom shower is hot first before cold so don't turn knob very far for hot water. Lastly and most importantly, I don't believe the listing stated this place is a second level rental requiring triangular wood stairs up a floor to gain access. It wasnt a problem for us but there is another rental on the main level also.

This was the perfect place for my group of 5 friends to stay for the weekend! Parking, large yard, updated kitchen and bathroom, and more made it just what we needed!

Beautiful home very comfortable and a great community and loved our stay we had a great time .

The space of the house is great, the three bedroom had good size bed and very spacious. The living room is great size and the kitchen is super comfortable. The Owner had great communication.

New Years Stay

The house is very up to date. The beds are really comfortable I Definitely enjoyed my stay. There is a gate in the back with the lock pad and you can also park in the back I was unaware of this in the beginning so I had a hard time getting in but I definitely enjoyed my short stay
