The Space:
Juniper Hill Columbia River Waterfront Home with Private Beach/cove and comunity marina with boat slips for moorage. A spacious estate with your vacation in mind with family and friends. Enjoy family movies and games in the large downstairs movie area and enjoy a private cove area to swim, relax and unwind. Just installed a brand new oversized luxury heated swim spa which can be used in swim mode. There is also a brand new 6 person hot tub next to the swim spa. EV charger located in garage is a Juicebox40 ENEL X which does not work with TESLA. Updated pictures coming very soon!

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house and Columbia Riverfront and private beach area belonging to this home! Keyless Entry. Coded Door Lock's are located on the front entry door and exterior doors. You will be provided a code prior to check-in.

The Neighborhood:
2 miles from Beebe Bridge State Park to launch your watercraft. 7 miles to Rocky Pond Estate Winery! 7 miles to downtown chelan!
After a day of fun on the water, slow things down with wine tasting at any of several nearby wineries. In Chelan, you'll also find boat and jet-ski rentals along with a variety of entertainment and a nice selection of restaurants and shops!

Getting Around:
4x4 is recommended during the winter months.

Other Things to Note:
There are security camera's located on the exterior of the home. The house is located on the Columbia river. This home is not childproof. There is no lifeguard on duty for river, hot tub or swim spa. Guests are responsible for the safety of all people in their party including in home safety, outdoor safety including hot tub, swim spa, river, river access, river's edge, beach. Private pool noted in description amenities is the Swim Spa. No lifeguards on duty and no safety fence on the property or marina. Use caution with children and stay at own risk. Community Boat Slips are first come first serve. The guest use slips are located on the outer areas of the dock. The Inner slips are for homeowners. Occupancy set to 8 people max including children. No parties, No Events, no smoking, no pets. No unauthorized guests. If discovered, a fee of $150 per person will be charged and host may cancel booking immediately and without refund. The bottom bunks are made and available for guest use. The top two bunk beds are no longer made up for guest use. There are fire sprikler heads in the ceilings above the top bunk beds. Please be careful to not touch or hit them otherwise the spriklers can be triggered and flood the home with water.

Please note that this home is equipped with security cameras that are pointed at the exterior. The home has Free WiFi.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. Strict enforcement! Any unnaproved late check out's will result in a $150 fee.
