This beautiful home has been newly renovated and updated with modern fits and finishes that are highlighted by the perfect amount of natural light. With clean lines, modern decor, a well stocked kitchen, well appointed bedrooms and unmatched ocean views this home is the perfect backdrop for beach memories that will last a lifetime. This home is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills and just a short walk to some of the best restaurants that the Outer Banks has to offer.

Comfortable, well kept home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, easy check in and out with pleasant rental agent, well stocked kitchen and everything was in working order. The dishes, etc were extremely clean and tidy, which makes a difference to me. Fresh looking decorations, furniture, bedding. The "beach road" location was busier with traffic than we expected, so sitting on the front porch for coffee or to read wasn't as peaceful as we had hoped due to traffic noise. No traffic noise in the bedrooms. Comfortable beds. We would stay again! It is not super easy to walk to the beach from this unit but as easy as comparable rentals this distance from the beach.

Our stay was wonderful! Very clean house with just a short walk to the beach access area. Check in and out process was very convenient and easy. Location was excellent for access to grocery stores and shopping. For a last minute booked trip we had a wonderful experience!

My wife and I along with our two young boys just spent a week at this paradise. What a beautiful property in a PRIME location to great restaurants, mini golf, and beach access. We will be returning for as many years as possible.
