Located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa with private pool sleeps up to 8 and is perfect for two families traveling together that have young kids or a large family with young kids. Let’s go over the bedrooms. The kitchen is long and has modern appliances, upgraded cabinets, plenty of countertop space, and a breakfast bar that seats up to four people. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with all the kitchen equipment and utensils you’d need to whip up something tasty. Just off of the kitchen is the dining area. Here, you’ll find a rectangular wooden table with 6 chairs. The dining area also has views of the pool area. This is the perfect place for everyone to sit down and enjoy a meal together. The living room is spacious and has tiled floors, two comfortable sofas for relaxing on, artwork on the wall, and a TV.
There`s a spacious pool deck so you can enjoy the sun. It also has sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, a swimming pool to cool off in, patio furniture dotted around the pool, and a wicker table and 6 chairs under a covered lanai for those who want to be outside but out of the sunlight. Imagine just relaxing outside by the pool with your favorite beverage, watching a great movie on TV. Did we mention that this home has Wi-Fi Internet access?

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children`s playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
