We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Your experience is important to us, and we take your concerns seriously. We understand different guests will have different expectations; however, with more than 2 years being a host, we are confident of being able to accommodate and provide guests with the best service while they are away from home. It has been proven from the past guests reviews (5-star) who used to stay with us. Kelly booked for 2 nights and asked if she could check in early due to her son’s baseball game and we were more than happy to accept her request. She never said anything until last minutes before she checked out. She complained about the back door that didn’t make her feel safe. We explained to her that door was the same all the time with a lock and another bar across for extra safety. We also told her the property was located in gated community which had the security patrol around 24/7. Next she complained about the neighbor asked her to move her car for tree trimming. And she also complained about another car park on the street in front of the property which did not interfere with her car parked on the driveway at all. We explained those things were beyond our control, we couldn’t tell the whole neighborhood to stop doing what they were doing just because we had guests staying at the house. We just hoped she would understand that. But she kept things going on with complaining about the bedsheet in master bedroom was not clean. We reached out to our cleaning company to check on that issue and got all the pictures after they finished cleaning. All the bedsheets were cleaned and there was nothing like what she claimed, so I sent her those pictures and told her to send me pictures of what she claimed not cleaned thru VrBo message platform. But she never sent ones and said she was not able. After all accommodations and explanations, Kelly was still unhappy because she couldn’t make us to fix up our house the way she wanted. That’s why we suggested if she was not happy at all with the place, she could leave because there’s nothing else we could do. We also got the notice from our cleaning staff that the ceiling fan pull in master bedroom was broken after guests left. It was such a negative experience hosting Kelly. We would not recommend them as a guest.
