Our washer and dryer are located in a closed off area in the main house next door. You will be provided with an access code and a schedule. If you have needs outside `scheduled` hours, please just ask! We`re happy to coordinate :)

The Casita is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home also features:

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping (including marijuana and tobacco) are NOT allowed inside or on the patio. A $500 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.

★ No Excessive Guests ★
Additional guests NOT on the reservation require approval and will incur a $50 fee per guest.

★ PETS ★
We allow up to 2 pets with an additional $100 pet fee to cover extra cleaning. For more than 2 dogs, please inform us in advance; as an extra fee of $50 per dog will apply.

★ Important Note for Pet Owners: ★
We recommend not leaving pets unattended, as they may wander off and there is wildlife in the area. Please keep your furry friends on a leash or supervised at all times to ensure their safety.

While we welcome up to two dogs, cats are not allowed on the property due to severe medical allergies of the owner.

★ Pet Policy Reminder: ★
* Blankets and bedding are for human use only — please bring your pet’s own sleeping accommodations.
* Kindly keep pets off furniture and bedding.
* Please crate pets when left unattended for their safety and to help prevent damage.
* Extra fees may apply if there is noticeable pet damage.

★ REPORT DAMAGES ★
If anything breaks, notify us immediately through the app with a photo. Failure to report damages will result in a $150 fine plus repair costs.

★ NO PARTIES ★
No parties inside or outside the property since this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise must be minimal after 9:00 PM - 7AM. Violating this will result in the termination of your reservation.

★ Noise & Security ★
Violation of the noise ordinance or tampering with security devices will lead to immediate reservation termination with NO refund and a $500 fine with possible legal action.

★ KEEP DOORS CLOSED ★
Refunds won`t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 5% deduction to cover processing fees.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

We are available to guests via the channel messenger. Our response time is usually within 5-10 minutes. For urgent emergencies, use the phone number in the guest manual.

Nearby, you`ll find a grocery store and an excellent yoga studio within walking distance. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants, charming shops, and scenic hikes, everything you need is just a stone`s throw away. Plus, you`ll enjoy the tranquility of a quiet street and a delightful outdoor space with amazing mountain views!

- Pet lovers, we welcome 1 small furry friend for an additional $100! If you`re bringing more than 1 dog, just let us know—there`s an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked mailboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
