Step up to the wrap around porch and in the front door, you'll be greeted by a light, bright, open living room/dining room/kitchen. Plenty of space for relaxing, entertaining, friend/family time.

In the kitchen, open the side door out onto an expansive deck with dining area, stainless steel gas grill, and fire pit. The deck steps down into a large grassy yard with plenty of space to enjoy.

The kitchen includes solid countertops, breakfast nook, coffee bar, and stocked beverage fridge. In the kitchen, you will find cabinets stocked with basic continental breakfast items and condiments. Additionally, all kitchenware, cookware, utensils are available for your dining in option.

Also on the first floor, you will find a laundry room with a full sized Samsung washer and dryer for your use.

Head upstairs to the second floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms including king sized beds. Both outfitted with extremely comfortable mattresses and high quality linens. One bedroom opens to its own private porch overlooking the backyard.

Also on the second floor, you'll find a library/media room equipped with a large smart TV, Xbox One with two controllers, and a small work area with computer display and printer. This is the perfect place to make your work calls or simply relax with a book picked from the large selection available. Or this can be a great place to send your kids so you can experience some peace and quiet of your own.

The second floor has a beautifully decorated full bathroom with tub and shower for your use. All linens are included.

Head up yet another flight of steps to an equally large 3rd floor. Here you will find two more spacious bedrooms, one equipped with a king sized bed, the other with two twin sized beds. All beds completely outfitted with comfortable mattresses and linens.

Up here on the 3rd floor, you will find another full bathroom. This light and bright bathroom includes a spacious glass enclosed shower. All linens are provided for you here as well.

Checking in can't be easier. Simply pull up in front of the home where street parking is always available, walk up to the front door, enter the keypad code, and you're in!

You'll find the neighborhood to be quiet, serene, and walkable all around.
