The hotel requires a security deposit of $250 USD, which will be refunded at check-out after verifying that no damages have occurred.

At check-in, the hotel will charge a resort fee. Resort Fee rates are as follows:
$30 per day for stays of 1 to 6 days
$25 per day for stays of 7 to 15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15 to 29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days
For stays longer than 30 days, the fee will be $300 plus $10 for each additional day.

The building offers Valet Parking only.
Parking Rates:
Valet 1–7 nights → $28 per night
Valet 8–10 nights → $25 per night
Valet 11–19 nights → $250 total
Valet 20–30 days → $295 total
