This is a great location and great resort/apt. The place was impeccable, just as described and the view from 29th floor is amazing. You can see the beach and the city. Apt. is just perfect for a weekend getaway with everything you need either provided by host or in a walking distance. Rest and pool on 9th floor are really good to try and spend a day there. Beach is accessible and you get chair, towels and umbrella. This apt. has been saved as one of my favs, for sure I'll come back.

Overall review - very good. Breathtaking views, great location with many amenities in condo. Two pools, with restaurant and bar adjacent. Towel service provided at a cost. Walking distance to Walmart, 7-eleven across the street. Other shops, grocery store a 5-7 min drive away or 15-20 min walk. Excellent staff and customer service with condo staff - very friendly and helpful. Generally speaking condo clean but nice to see a deeper cleaning with carpets, rugs, floors, etc. Nice king side bed and large open space for kitchen/living room and bedroom with a long balcony.

2909 is a fantastic condo. Clean well equipped with a large deck in and a great view. The only issue with my the resort is the people working there. Very unfriendly and if you ask a question they act like you are a inconvenience. Over all it a great place and enjoyed the vacation.

Great views with a clean room. The condo was bigger than what we expected from viewing the pictures. Perfect size for two adults and two kids. The pool area is big and was never crowded. The host was quick to respond when I had questions. The only down side is the lines at the elevator got long during busy times of the day where you had to wait a while.

The condo was very nice and a great view. Kitchen had good supplies and location of the condo is great. Very busy resort type location. So lots of people checking in and around the facility at all times. Just so you are prepared for a lot of people around.

We had a good overall stay at this vacation rental. The unit looked exactly like it did in the listing photos, which we really appreciated, so no surprises there. The view was absolutely amazing and easily one of the highlights of our trip. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby.That said, we did run into a few issues with the building itself. The elevators were inconsistent and sometimes slow, and our interactions with the front desk staff and building management weren’t always the most pleasant or helpful.On a positive note, the host was fantastic. Communication was stellar from start to finish; quick, clear, and very accommodating whenever we had questions or needed assistance. That really helped balance out some of the building-related frustrations.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the unit itself, especially for the views and location, but just be aware of a few potential hiccups with the building amenities and staff.

The amenities were excellent, the only issue, was we were caught by surprise with the mandatory valet parking. Also,we were not made aware of the need to contact the host for extra towels, and other necessities. So we were fortunate to have packed extra towels and other things. To accommodate for the stay.

I have been to this apartment for the second time, beautiful view from the 29th floor, elegant, clean, comfortable bed in the bedroom and above all a beautiful, large balcony overlooking the ocean and the city is a great place for a morning breakfast or coffee I highly recommend this place I will definitely go back there

Very nice modern condo. Clean and new. Nicely stocked kitchen. Everything we needed for a quick getaway. Spectacular view from the huge balcony. Large pool area on the 9th floor. The beach right where they have the chairs and umbrellas is a little narrow and the chairs are pretty close together but not a big deal. Two of the best restaurants in the area are right there. There is also a nice Argentinian bakery close by. Also a Wal-Mart you can easily walk to. Note that there is an additional per person/per night resort fee.

The resort:Pros: They were happy to hold our bags until we could check in, and the lobby is constantly being cleaned. The wrist band system is great for towels at the beach or pool as well as getting into the room. For 2 people we were set on towels (but a lot of bigger groups were not happy and I totally get that)...Cons: The elevator was crazy, only 2 of 4 were working at one point during the weekend. Lots of waiting in line and people who worked there jumping the lines. At one point after waiting 20 minutes with 12 people and luggage in front of me, I walked down all 29 floors. We were there with multiple after prom parties going on, room next door was drinking under age and smoking weed. Again, not the resort experience I expected...For the actual unit:Pros: Nice kitchen set up made us comfortable for our stay. Beautiful balcony views. Plenty of space in the bedroom, bathroom and living areas. Despite a lot of noise next door, in the actual unit I didn't hear a lot of noise other than from the hallway.Cons: Couch was uncomfortable and very stained. We didn't feel like we should use it. Rug was dirty. Mattress and bed frame are very badly stained. And bed is extremely lumpy with springs sticking up. Definitely should be replaced. Location isn't my favorite. Beach is full of seaweed. It's hard to take long walks with a slant and not a very big beach. Resort is next to fire station. Also so much street noise between the racing cars and honking.

Great Condo and location to the Ocean

My wife and I love the property and the proximity to the ocean. The resturant, swimming pool and access to the ocean was remarkable. The only suggestion for the owner to replace the mattress as it had wear and tear causing some discomfort. Thank you.
