This charming 2-bedroom house is the perfect base for your Ironwood getaway. With comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests, including a Cal King bed, a cozy Queen bed, and a relaxing LoveSac sofa with double chaise loungers in the living room, you'll have plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring. The house is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a prime location. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen features quartz countertops, a gas range, a Keurig coffeemaker (and a standard coffeemaker), a microwave, and a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals at home. This place was fantastic! The kitchen is super user friendly, the bedrooms and living room are very comfortable, and the sauna is a great bonus. The hosts were communicative and I could tell they were invested in our experience. Highly recommend.

Best place ever. The location is great with access to restaurants and the biking trail. The sauna is spa quality. The whole place is modern with everything you need. I love this place!

Such a great property! Kitchen is perfect, screeed in porches are part of my favorite piece of this home oh, the sauna and the fireplace too!! I love going up north to be with nature and enjoy the views but honestly this house makes it hard to want to leave sometimes to actually go out and explore!

This house is amazing. Great character with modern conveniences. The sauna is great. Unfortunately when there, the road in front of the house was being redone.

Lori, the host, made our stay most enjoyable! She quickly answered any/all questions we had. She was most accommodating! We had everything we needed and then some. We took a three day stay at Dad's Garage at the end of an extensive trip in the west. It was a great way to settle down after many days of driving. We really enjoyed the house and were very happy with all of the amenities. We did our own cooking and found everything that we needed to do that. We needed rest and the beds were great. We needed to do some laundry and the washer and dryer were great. Something extra was needed and the sauna fit the bill for me. The location was great. Ironwood is a cool town and we were able to get to Copper Peak (the ski jump) and take a day to go up the Keweenaw Penisula. I hope we get the opporunity to go back sometime and stay again.

Cutest House Ever

We were happily surprised at how stunning this home was. It looks like it belongs on HGTV. Loved the sauna and the front porch where we had coffee every morning. The house was immaculate and had everthing you needed. The owner was quick to communicate if we had questions and very friendly. We definitely will stay there again and highly recommend it.

Great place for a home base in Ironwood area

Dad’s Garage exceeded expectations. Located on a quiet street that was midway between downtown Ironwood and all the businesses along US 2. The sauna was a very nice bonus. Great kitchen with everything we needed to cook some yummy breakfasts. Very comfortable sofa and bed. This will be our go to place for return visits.
