Just a short walk from the shores of Lake Texoma, this property offers convenient access to Mill Creek, Paradise Marina, the nearby boat ramp, and the Hagerman Wildlife Refuge. Sitting on 1.3 acres,
The home sleeps up to 4 guests with one queen bed, two twin beds, and two —ideal for families and friends.

Guests can park their cars and boats securely inside the fenced area. The property also includes a dog run, a carport, an outdoor kitchen, and a sturdy tornado shelter for safety.

Great spot

Nice little hut still being updated. Then we moved to the house
great! Sun porch, three bedrooms and two baths. Kitchen fully furnished. Owner was super nice and responsive. She has a yoga studio for your use. Easy walk to the lake.

The home uses pure well water drawn from deep within the earth — rich in minerals and free from chemicals — making your skin feel soft and refreshed. We honor this gift from nature by changing the filter every month to keep the water clean and full of life.

The property was once built by a World War II veteran, and I believe his strong, peaceful spirit still fills this place. You can feel it in the quiet mornings, the gentle breeze, and the sense of safety here. There’s even a sturdy tornado shelter, thoughtfully built for protection and peace of mind.

Outside, a spacious dog run lets pets play freely, while the outdoor kitchen and fire pit invite friends and family to gather, cook, and share stories under the stars. Every corner of this property carries warmth, love, and a touch of timeless spirit.
