We had a great stay in Independence, Missouri! The location was convenient with easy parking, and the home itself was very spacious and comfortable. The amenities made the stay even better, and everything felt well set up for guests. Overall, it was a fair rate for the value and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Worked out great!

The house worked great for me and my adult kids. It was cozy, clean, and in the perfect location for what we needed. It was very easy to check in and close to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Christmas present weekend for my family

Overall the house was what we needed for our family’s getaway. The only knocks I have were cosmetic things. the master shower was pretty small. I wouldn’t expect a refrigerator to have dings all over the front of the doors. Coffee table front legs looked as if it would fall over if a lot of weight was put on table. There was a stain on carpet when you came in front door. Couches and beds were very comfortable. Trim outside needed painting. Location was great for us to to get to GEHA field easily and there was plenty of food options in the area.

First, I want to say how amazing Rob was to work with. Our trip was for work and was originally scheduled for the end of May, but unfortunately the facility where my husband was scheduled to work moved the date and having already dealt with trip insurance, I learned that it doesn’t cover things like this. When this job was rescheduled I reached out to Rob who amazingly moved our booking. Then the plant did it to us again and once again Rob was super helpful, understanding and accommodating and allowed us to move the booking again. When we arrived, we were surprised at how large the home actually was. We found it to be clean, comfortable and unlike some places we have stayed in the past, we had everything we needed from blankets to kitchen supplies. If there was one thing that could be improved on, it would be the backyard. I noticed that a larger branch or piece of a tree had come down on the back fence, but I will say it looked to have been recent. This wasn’t a problem for us as we did not have any pets or children, but for those traveling with either this might be an issue. Overall though, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay than the one we had here and when we find ourselves back in the area soon, will consider this home again. Thanks Rob for all your help!
