Thank you for your feedback. I take all guest comments very seriously and address them immediately to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety. We deeply value our guests’ experiences, which is reflected in our consistent exceptional reviews across various hosting platforms before and after your stay. After being informed of this concern, I immediately hired Rattler Pest Control, a licensed professional service, to inspect the entire property. Their thorough inspection found no evidence of any ongoing rodent activity. Additionally, I personally purchased and placed traps in every room for over ten days as a precautionary measure, and no signs of mice/pests were found. Given the inspection results, I was quite puzzled by this isolated incident. It is possible that a door or window might have been left open accidentally, allowing a mouse to enter. As mentioned in our house rules and check-in guide, keeping doors securely closed is essential, especially during seasonal weather changes, as light and warmth can attract outdoor pests. While I fully understand how unexpected situations can cause discomfort, keep requesting or expecting additional discounts is not a fair or practical resolution, as every reasonable step has been taken promptly and professionally to address the concern. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept, and safe home for all our guests, and we will continue to monitor and uphold that standard diligently. Thanks for your kind understanding.
