Équipements:
La chambre principale a un lit king size et est situĂ©e au niveau principal pour plus de commoditĂ©. Le 2Ăšme niveau comprend 4 grandes chambres et l’une avec 2 lits queen-size et une tïżœïżœïżœlĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran LED de 55 pouces. L'autre chambre a 1 lit queen avec un balcon ouvert. La troisiĂšme chambre a un lit queen size et la derniĂšre chambre a un lit queen size. Tous les lits sont Ă©quipĂ©s de matelas en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire de forme de 12 "dont les invitĂ©s sont absolument ravis! Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond avec des lumiĂšres et sont tĂ©lĂ©commandĂ©es avec 3 vitesses. Les deux Ă©tages sont Ă©quipĂ©s de leur propre systĂšme de chauffage et de climatisation ainsi que de leur propre thermostat pour plus de confort. Nous offrons des machines Ă  laver commerciales avec un accĂšs facile hors de la zone de vie. Wifi haut dĂ©bit 100MG avec tĂ©lĂ©viseurs intelligents Ă  DEL de 2 Ă  55 ". Pour les clients avec enfants, nous avons un pack de jeux, une chaise haute, un porte bĂ©bĂ© pour bloquer les marches et un panier de jouets!

Nous avons 2 places de stationnement dans la rue derriĂšre le bĂątiment et beaucoup de places de stationnement dans la rue en face.

We enjoy staying at historic homes in great neighborhoods and this was one of them! The only complaint we have are that the beds are uncomfortable. The addition of a mattress topper might be helpful? We gave this rental three stars because the quality of sleep is an important aspect of renting a VRBO.

Lovely restored duplex with 5 comfortable bedrooms, fully outfitted kitchen and updated baths. We had a wonderful week's stay while celebrating a family wedding.

House was clean, parking is tight for larger vehicles and location was ideal. The second floor was hot, even with temperature turned down on thermostat. Older home so noisy floors, etc. Great decor and quiet neighborhood. There is no fenced in back yard.

We loved our stay at this house in St. Louis. The house easily accommodated 4 families and met all of our needs. We would absolutely stay here again. The house is in a fabulous location. Most everything we did (all major sights) was within 10-15 min max from the house, with a majority being 10 min or less. The house is next to a lovely cafe and within walking distance to Missouri Botanical Gardens. The neighborhood was safe. There were two parking spots reserved for the house but plenty of street parking.

Nice older property. Remodeled except for the flooring. Might be original wood floor. Lots of bedrooms that were clean and comfortable. Temps were in the upper 90’s during our stay and the upstairs bedrooms were considerably warmer than downstairs. All room had ceiling fans. I enjoyed the neighborhood. Weather limited our walking around.

Middle of the road rental

Pros: - lots of bedrooms to fit our whole family- we could take our pets- close to anything and everything- off street parking (more details in cons section)Cons: - property was attached (I'm not sure that was listed or not, but we were unaware either way) and the neighbor left us a note about being noisy during daytime hours. - parking was TIGHT and the curb was sometimes difficult to navigate - property could use some bug treatment, we saw MANY different inside creepy crawlers- the property sleeps 12... But there weren't enough dishes for that number of people when prepping, cooking, and eating in- describing the kitchen as 'well equiped' is completely inaccurate. Few bowls (none with lids), only small (number and size) pots and pans, and scant other cooking equipment - literally had to upload my ID documents THREE times and management would not stop bugging me even after uploading them - wet/damp sheets were left in washer after check-in which began to stink during our stay - took us a minute to determine where the smell was coming from.

Fabulous house

We loved the home; built in early 1900’s. So charming!! Our littles loved the older hardwood floors. So well decorated; not overdone. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the Botanical Gardens. Cafe across the street is good. Easy to get around. Definitely recommend for families.

STL getaway

We chose STL because it was central to our families. Our grandsons were on spring break which is why we visited this time of year. The house was very clean and very central to so many activities. We ended up have pretty good weather considering it can literally be any season at this time. Highly recommend this property.

Girls trip!

The place was located in a great neighbor. It’s updated and was perfect for a girls trip with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness. Paint touchups would be recommended. Everyone said the beds were very comfortable. Wi-fi didn’t work very well for us. We definitely plan on booking it again next year. There’s a cafe at the end of the street and a few great neighborhood bars/restaurants.uber rides were easy to get and it only took 15 min to get downtown.

Winter Stay

We enjoyed our stay a the Cozy Shaw. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was nice. If you are staying here in the winter time, please know that the city does not plow this neighborhood's streets. This means there is ice on the road and on the side walk. The hosts of this house did clear off our parking spots and the sidewalk in front of the house, but driving is still quite difficult. We did have one hicup during our stay. One of the shower faucets did not turn off after we used it. We immediately called to get this fixed to keep the water bill from accumulating. I called at 1 am, someone picked up the phone and responded immediately. However, when they said they would call back, I thought it would be within a couple of hours. This was not the case. The management/maintenance team waited 18 hours to fix this problem. The water in the shower ran hot water continuously during this time. I wish there had been better communication with me on the timeline of when this would be fixed. Because I was not told when the maintenance men was coming until 20 minutes before he arrived I missed out on spending time with friends which is the whole reason we chose to rent this house and travel to St. Louis. I was disappointed.

Quick fall family trip to STL

Great location! Our family used to live in the same neighborhood and we really appreciated the close proximity to Tower Grove Park, the Science Center, zoo, and Botanical Gardens. Extra bonus from being across the street from one of our favorite neighborhood cafes (Fiddlehead Fern). Very clean! My wife commented that it was one of the cleaner Vrbos we’ve stayed at.

Very spacious and very clean! Family of six, all adults. Having the extra bedrooms and bathrooms was a big deal! All of our venues were less than 10 minutes away and made for an easy commute. Will be returning in the future.

Perfect for Thanksgiving with family

We rented both the Left and Right side of the Shaw property for our family and extended family. Both places were clean and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable! The neighborhood is cute and has a number of wakable restaurants and coffee shops. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property for a family vacation. The location was great for getting to various attractions. The neighborhood that the house was located in seems to be undergoing revitalization, and there were so fun shops, etc. The size of the house was great for our family. The property was not very well taken care of, as the baseboards were filthy and the walls and woodwork definitely needed to be painted.

Great house for a Family

This a a beautiful older home and had plenty of room for the 10 of us. It was very conveniently located to all the places we wanted to see. It's in a lovely neighborhood. There were two parking spots in the back and then safe, available parking on the street.

Centrally located for everything we wanted to do!

Nice large house that was convenient to all the attractions we were looking for. The neighborhood was nice felt comfortable walking in the evening. Kitchen was well layed out and perfect for what we needed. Only made one big meal, mostly breakfasts, but plenty of dishes and and such for what we needed.
