03 Beachfront- Rustic & Cozy Apartment(4-5 guest)

Our apartment is on a beach front property. This apartment is NOT directly on the beach HOWEVER, you do not need to cross any road to get to the beach. From the bottom of the steps to the beach is 50ft. The property is behind a one story building that is on the beach. The apartment is on the second floor. Once inside the apartment, the living room boasts a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. 2 Bedrooms is great for 2 couples or a small family looking to have a great stay on the beach.

Our apartment was built back in the 50s. While it does have some minor updating, it mostly boasts character. Situated on the second floor, you walk into the kitchen, eat at bar, and living room perfect for hanging out. Continue walking and you will see the bathroom on your left and a bedroom on each side. Each bedroom has original wood floors and a small closet with beach goodies for you to use during your stay.
This is not a fully updated, pristine beach apartment. This apartment has it quirks but if you are booking this apartment to be at the beach then this shouldn't be an issue since you'll be too busy enjoying the beach. The apartment comes clean, cutely decorated, and conveniently located steps to the beach. If you are going to nit pick every tiny detail of the apartment, please book something else. We cater to the laid back people who are happy to be staying on the beach. If that is you, we look forward to hosting you!
Also, this apartment is best suited for 2 couples since there are 2 queen sized beds. It can also accommodate a family of 5 if and only if one of the kids is good to sleep on the couch or a small blow up mattress. The couch is a sectional and NOT a fold out bed for clarification.

Guest will have access to the entire apartment. There is no washer and dryer on site. The property has shared space in the courtyard as well as the beach front.

We live a short drive away and like to give our guests their space unless something comes up, then we are just a phone call away.

Pompano Beach is the cutest little beach town with great personality. It has everything you need for a relaxing weekend and is close enough to everything else if you want to venture out and explore. We are a short walk to many of the cute restaurants and shops that Pompano Beach has to offer as well as the splash pad for the kiddos.

If you want to stay within Pompano Beach, you could walk everything or Uber/Lyft. If you plan to venture out, it is highly recommended you have a car. Our apartment has enough parking for 1 car included. Any additional vehicle will need to be parked off site. There is paid street parking.

Airbnb groups beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling gear together. We only provide beach towels and chairs. We do not provide snorkeling gear. Thank you for understanding and we hope this isn't a deal breaker for you
