Tucked away on 9 private acres, The Overlook provides an expansive deck, a luxurious hot tub, and floor-to-ceiling windows, all of which offer impressive long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains (including Seven Sisters Mountain Range and the towering Mt. Mitchell). Located just 5 minutes from downtown Black Mountain and 20 minutes from Asheville, this warm and contemporary retreat strikes the perfect balance between a serene mountain escape and an exciting jumping-off point for exploring Western North Carolina!

About the Home
• Living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, 55" Smart TV for streaming, gas log fireplace, and sitting area.
• Formal dining area with seating for 6.
• Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, Keurig, and drip-style coffee pot, and access to the garage.
• Main floor deck overlooking breathtaking long-range views with various seating, a picnic table, and a gas grill.
• Lower-level deck with traditional porch swing, rocking chairs, and 8-person hot tub.
• The garage is accessible for up to 2 vehicles. Additional parking is available along the lower level of the home.

• The upper level offers two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin-size beds. A full bathroom, with a walk-in shower, can be accessed from the hallway.
• The lower level provides a primary suite with a king-size bed, gas log fireplace, 55" Smart TV for streaming, and a spacious bathroom with two vanities and a walk-in shower.

We visited Black Mountain for a couple's getaway and it did not disappoint! Our place was fabulous with a phenomenal view. It was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, minutes from the town center. We would love to come back!!

Private with amazing views on 2 levels.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! We ended up not cooking but the kitchen was well supplied. Overlook is an accurate name for this house as the entirety of Black Mountain can be seen from the deck.

The home has an amazing view, with a comfortable living room including a great gas fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, a great deck and a hot tub. The location is amazing and the entire house is very clean. The bedrooms are more comparable to that of a three star hotel. There is not central Air. As a frequent renter, I would want to know ahead of time that the bedrooms/bathrooms are not Luxury. That being said, we had a fabulous time and loved all of the common areas.
