The space
"Scenic Paradise Cabin" is a breathtaking 3,400+ sq ft cabin, complete with expansive decks on each level, situated in the prestigious Cobbly Nob community of Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

This secluded haven offers breathtaking mountain views, the soothing sounds of a nearby stream, and the melodious chimes of birds. With unobstructed views from all decks on three levels, you can enjoy the beauty of passing clouds and changing weather right from your doorstep. Despite its seclusion, Scenic Paradise is easily accessible with proper roads and is conveniently close to nearby amenities and restaurants.

Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, toilet paper, hand soap . We HIGHLY recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration such as extra towels/blankets/soap/toilet paper/shampoo/salt/pepper/cooking spray etc.. Also please bring your own laundry detergent as needed for your stay.

✓ 3 Dogs Maximum. Pets are welcome, subject to an applicable pet fee. Cats or any other pet other than dogs are not allowed. Absolutely no puppies. Dogs must be crated if unattended in the cabin. Guest assume financial responsibility for any additional damage due to pets including but not limited to cleaning, repair and replacement due to scratching, peeing or excrement in the cabin etc.

Guest access
Accessibility: While the cabin is not ADA accessible, there are only 3 steps to reach the main level, which includes everything a person might need. The main level bathroom has a walk-in shower with a small curb to step over and a couple of integrated seats (please refer to the listing photos for more details). However, the bathrooms do not have any grab bars.

Parking: Parking space is spacious for 4 large vans.
Other things to note
In a cabin safe neighborhood.

* We allow dogs subject to a maximum of 2. No cats or other pets other than dogs.

★ NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Minimum smoke cleaning charges $250 and additional charges as applicable.

* No parties or events allowed

* Maximum 16 guests (or as per reservation whichever is less) only. If more guests are present you will be asked to leave without refund.

* Children below the age of 18 need to be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian who should be part of the reservation.

* The primary person making the booking should be of age 25 or above and should be present at the cabin alongwith other guests throughout the reservation period.

* ID : We require a government-issued ID of the primary guest and full name and age details of all other guests upon booking.

* Amenities are usually available but can not be guaranteed.*

* Any problem in the cabin, please do not try to fix it yourself. Please inform us and we will send the appropriate technicians to fix the issues.

* ROOF: The roof is with no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof or if it is raining, you will hear it, no need to be alarmed.

* We subscribe to periodical pest control, however this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs, raccoons and other wild animals, including bears, spiders, snakes etc. Please practice bear safety guidelines. Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers, don't feed or try to approach a bear, and don't leave any food outdoors, including on the grill nor in your car. Watch your children all the time.

* SECURITY CAMERA: There are exterior security cameras on the front porch, facing the main entrance, another exterior camera facing the driveway/road and another one facing the parking area in place for your protection.

* OTHER SAFETY: Do not lean, sit or hang on the railings. Please watch your children all the time.

CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer late check-out. Any delayed checkout will be charged at $50 for every 15 minutes of delay.

* The owner is not responsible for any of the Guest’s or other occupant(s) valuables, cash, vehicles or other property during the rental term or thereafter left at the rental place. Please have your own insurance to cover any loss such as theft, vandalism by human or wild animals or any other reason.

* REFUNDS/change-of-reservation
We do not offer refunds or change of schedule for weather, natural disasters, accidents or illness or other reasons. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase your own travel/trip insurance.
