‘How Great Thou View’ is an upscale cabin perfectly located atop the beautiful Sherwood Forrest Community. The cabin is 3 stories with 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, plus 2 half baths. With over 4,000 square feet, this spacious cabin has plenty of options for everyone in your family. Enjoy swimming in the large, heated indoor pool, relaxing in the hot tub, watching a movie in the private theater room, playing billiards, or enjoy the views from any of the 3 back decks. The cabin was completed in February of 2021.

**Our cabin is owned and operated by us. We are a family of 8 and take pride in offering our guests memories to last a lifetime. We respond quickly to all communications and are ready to answer any questions or resolve any issues that arise. If any issues arise, or if we can help you make your stay better, please reach out! Rules:
*No pets. Additional fee of $250 will be charged for each unauthorized pet.
*No fires (including candles) inside our cabin
***NO SMOKING*** If there is a scent of smoke inside our cabin, you will be charged an additional $500 fee plus damages.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire cabin (except small owner’s closet and maintenance closet).
Check-in time: 4pm
Check-out time:10am
*We do not offer early check-in or late check-out. We need as much time as possible to keep things clean and tidy for all guests

The Neighborhood:
The beautiful, gated community of Sherwood Forrest does have steep roads, but doable in any vehicle, and the reward of the views is worth it!

Other Things to Note:
*By booking this cabin you understand that you are using the amenities at your own risk. *Children are not to be left unattended in the pool room/hot tub.*
*The indoor pool measures 10 feet by 20 feet and is 3.5 feet deep. It is heated to 85 degrees and is available all year long. It is in a locked pool room, has an alarm for safety, and has regular maintenance twice per week. We ask for your cooperation in allowing access to the pool.
*The roads leading up to the cabin are steep, but doable in any vehicle. 4WD/AWD recommended when roads are icy or wet.
*Maximum occupancy is 16 people. Should more people stay, we reserve the right to charge and additional $100 per person per night and/or terminate your stay.
*You’re in the Great Smoky Mountains, so please remember that bugs, rodents, and other large animals including bears are to be expected. Please do not feed any animals. We have regular pest control maintenance and do our best to keep bugs and insects out of our cabin.
*If at any time the appliances including the hot tub have maintenance requirements and/or are rendered nonfunctional during your stay, we will do our best to have them repaired in a timely manner. We are not responsible to provide a refund in these situations. We will ask for your patience and understanding if this happens.
*We do not provide refunds for: weather conditions of any kind, natural disasters, power outages, acts of God/Jehovah/Buddha/Allah, or other things that are beyond our control. For this reason, we highly recommend travel insurance.

Trash: Please place all trash inside of the bear proof bins in front of the house. If you fail to place the trash in the bins, animals will likely get into it and make a huge mess which you will be responsible for cleaning up. If you fail to clean it up, you will be charged an additional $50 on top of your cleaning fee. If you have additional trash that doesn’t fit in the bins, please drop it off at Sevier County Trash Depot (free of charge) located at: 419 Tiger Dr, Pigeon Forge, TN (located behind Pigeon Forge High School).

-For security purposes, this property has one external camera located on the front porch.
