A private Hill Country yurt with fast WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and a secluded hot tub, approximately 35 minutes from Austin yet surrounded by total quiet. Set on 28 private acres in Texas Hill Country, this is where big-city pace gives way to space, privacy, and open skies.

Designed for guests seeking a quiet, restorative escape, the property is intentionally curated from arrival to departure. Mornings unfold slowly over freshly brewed coffee with wide Hill Country views. Evenings are spent unwinding in the private hot tub under the stars or fireside at the private outdoor fire pit. Scenic hiking trails, a cowboy pool with umbrella cover, and both indoor and outdoor showers create an experience centered on comfort, privacy, and restoration.

High-speed WiFi makes it easy to work remotely or stream when needed, and a dedicated desk in the primary bedroom provides a comfortable workspace for longer stays. Whether you're planning a midweek remote reset or a romantic weekend away, the setting supports both productivity and true downtime.

We took a trip to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and she chose this location on line. When we arrived, the yurt was ready and absolutely perfect, it is even nicer than the photos show and it had everything we needed - and more. The eggs were delicious, coffee bar was packed. The hot tub was clean and very relaxing. It rained and the sound on the yurt roof was very relaxing. I would highly recommend this rental if you are planning a trip to Austin, it’s not a very far drive. Our host was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

My husband and I loved the Romatic Ritz! We were welcomed with roses, a bottle of wine and a snack board. The yurt was supplied with everything we needed plus more.We did a few things around town but mostly enjoyed spending time on the property. We drank our morning coffee while watching the sunrise around the fire pit. We fed the miniature donkeys and goats and walked the property.Patti ad Phil are great host wan it was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend staying here when you visit Dripping Springs!

We had such a a great time staying at Hearthstone 515! It is such a a beautiful place and so serene! Patti greeted us and was so welcoming. She even printed out the schedule for the Songwriters Festival for us. Such a sweet person, and such a sweet place to visit! We can't wait to go back again!

Magical!! Scenery was incredible, host was amazing, and the interior blew us away. The place was stocked VERY well with everything we needed. It had an adorable record player and some games which helped pass some time during our stay. The stars at night were breathtaking.

Gorgeous, peaceful, luxurious

We really enjoyed our time at the yurt. It is very nicely appointed and had everything we needed for our long weekend away. The owner and property are really nice and were pleasantly surprised by the Dripping Springs and how many things there are to do in the area. We are highly likely to return.

The only downside? Eventually, you have to leave.

Where do I even begin? Heartstone at 515 exceeded every expectation we had. My sister and I stayed here to celebrate our birthdays, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear this wasn’t just another vacation rental, it was an experience. First of all, the yurt was immaculately clean. Honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. It was beautifully decorated, incredibly cozy, and completely one of a kind. We were welcomed with a thoughtful gift of wine, fresh fruit, cookies, and nuts waiting for us upon arrival. Inside, there was an impressive selection of complimentary coffee, teas, flavored syrups, and even drinking water already provided. The handwritten notes throughout the yurt made everything feel so personal and heartfelt. The Sleep Number bed gave us some of the best sleep we’ve had in a long time, and each morning we were treated to fresh eggs from the chickens on the property. Such a unique touch! The bathroom even had a cabinet stocked with toiletries for anything you may have forgotten. It’s those little details that make such a big difference. Outside was just as incredible. There is no shortage of comfortable places to sit and soak in the breathtaking Hill Country views. We spent our days cooling off in the cowboy pool and our evenings relaxing in the hot tub under the stars. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and meticulously maintained. The owners have chickens, goats, horses, and donkeys on the property, and they even leave little bags of feed in the yurt so guests can interact with the animals. We unfortunately ran out of time to do that, but it was such a thoughtful touch and just another example of how much care goes into every detail here. Mrs. Patti checked in to make sure we had arrived safely and even stopped by later just to say hello. She is an absolute sweetheart, and we also got to meet several of their adorable dogs. You can genuinely tell that she and her family pour their hearts into this place, and it shows in every little detail. If I had to offer one tiny suggestion (and I’m really reaching here), it would be to have a small bookshelf with a few books. Maybe a bird guide, a book on local wildlife, or even one about the history of yurts. It just feels like it would fit the peaceful atmosphere perfectly. Other than that, pure perfection. Heartstone at 515 is truly a hidden gem and easily one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Every thoughtful detail—from the welcome gifts to the fresh eggs to the handwritten notes—made us feel genuinely cared for. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to check my calendar and figure out how soon we can come back. ❤️

We have lived in Austin and Dripping Springs since the late 1970's. We built this property from scratch. There was nothing but rock, coliche and trees. Everyone who comes here loves the tranquillity of the property. We love entertaining and sharing Heartstone with people who appreciate the beauty of the country, the starlit skies, beautiful sunsets and fabulous storm watching. We've loved hosting guests who come to Heartstone leave the yurt feeling refreshed, revitalize & rejuvenate.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

It isn't a neighborhood. That is what we enjoy most. Taking a walk and hearing the birds and seeing wildlife. It is mostly quiet except in the morning when the rooster's Fred, Solomon and Romeo start to crow and the chickens tell us someone laid an egg. Chances are you will receive fresh morning eggs with your stay if the girls are cooperating.

Everything! We have views, pastures, trees and beautiful gardens. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We are within an easy drive of downtown Dripping Springs, wineries, breweries, distilleries, olive groves, wedding venues, shopping and anything you need.
