Thank you for your thoughtful review, Rachele. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the comfort and coziness of Stardust Cottage, as well as its inviting porch and jacuzzi. Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. We sincerely apologize for the discrepancies and inconveniences you encountered, and we appreciate your patience in bringing them to our attention. We've taken immediate action to rectify the inaccuracies in the bed sizes and other listing details, ensuring that future guests receive the correct information. The unexpected removal of the TV and the subsequent disappointment it caused are genuinely regrettable. We understand how crucial it is for our guests to have accurate expectations, and we apologize for any frustration this may have caused. Our team has addressed this internally to prevent such oversights in the future. We also want to express our regret that we couldn't accommodate your request for more than half of your stay. Meeting our guests' expectations is a top priority, and we understand the impact this had on your experience. We would like to point out that the offered refund of the pet fee totaled more than half of the rent paid for the nights stayed but was met with resistance. We strive to be fair and transparent in resolving any issues, and your feedback helps us improve our processes. Your insights are invaluable, and we are committed to learning from this experience to enhance the overall quality of our services. We genuinely value your input and hope to have the opportunity to make things right in the future.
