A lovely nest in Savannah close to everything

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The perfect retreat near Monterey Square in Savannah. Everything you need in a home base for exploring this amazingly beautiful city. A very comfortable place to touch down and very easy access. Will be back!

Give me a refund

It was bug ridden, we couldn’t get into our property and once that was possible we couldn’t lock the place because no one at the office could figure out the code. We had to take time out of our vacation cleaning all the linens of the place and after taking the time out of my trip to do that they couldn’t drop off a correct blanket or give me a correct lock? Also the first night we couldn’t sleep on the bed. Also this stay was for my wedding. Don’t go here.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carriage house is perfectly located and has great charm. However, there are a few things that would have been helpful to us had we known. First, the spiral staircase is cute, but it is very tight. We are 5'3" and 5'8" and hit our heads every time we went up or down. There is a normal staircase to get upstairs outside in the courtyard. It was also fairly warm upstairs; I imagine a stay during cooler months might be better. Showering had to be a quick experience as the hot water ran out before one person could finish a shower, and we had to fight the flowing shower curtain throughout the process. Black out blinds or curtains would be helpful for the window next to the bed where there is a bright outside light that shines in all night. The windows along the back allow for great natural light and really open the place up, though they do limit privacy as there are no coverings and a direct line of site from the bedroom to the 2nd and 3rd floor windows of the main houses in front of the carriage house. It was cute and charming, with just a few quirks that made the stay uncomfortable. We love Lucky, and even though we had some bumps at check in with no information then the wrong code, and a code reset before checkout, the staff always answered the calls and were very helpful and kind.
