Oceanfront home newly built 2024, 5 BR, 4 B + two 1/2 baths. K * K * K * D, B (Double down, Double up) * 2B (Single up/Double down). Offers an idyllic coastal retreat at Roosevelt Beach in Pine Knoll Shores. Professionally decorated with traditional coastal decor throughout. Sand Castle Club linen service with beds made. 15’ x 35’ private swimming pool with direct boardwalk access from the pool deck. Heated pool is available for an additional $750 per week. 5 Smart TVs with Roku, wireless Internet access. Sonos sound system throughout the home. This oceanfront custom-built home offers three primary bedrooms on the top floor each with Smart TV and private bath; two are oceanfront with shared covered deck; third primary bedroom has ocean views. In addition, you’ll find a second set of washer/dryers off the primary suites. Going down to the first floor you’ll find the spacious kitchen with quartz countertops, hard surface flooring and stainless appliances, a half bath, and spacious living area to enjoy TV viewing and relaxation. Enjoy the spacious covered and open decks off the main living area, perfect for capturing the warm ocean breeze, afternoon sunsets and dining under the stars. Off the main living area, you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms with Jack and Jill bath. The ground level features a recreation area with seating, ping-pong table, TV and washer/dryer. Elevator from ground floor to top floor. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Gas grill for outdoor meals after a day on the beach. Two private car garages (one with EV charging station). Short drive to attractions including the NC Aquarium, Atlantic Beach, Fort Macon State Park and historic Beaufort. Available year-round. Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed on premises. No pets. 113 Roosevelt Drive.

My stay was a relaxing, much needed one. The property was beautiful, the views were breathtaking, and it all gave me the privacy i craved. Does EIR have a property company that is dedicated to luxury properties in the mountains (NC, TN, GA)?

Family wedding

Hard to find entry, should be more specific, listing DID NOT tell you that there is CONSTRUCTION right next door. TV locked out til 2nd day, POOL not heated after we paid extra to have it heated. Then only to give us 3:4 of our expense back on that???? Alarm in door was INSANE & can’t get back inside unless someone is there to let you in, This hindered ALL use out decks, balconies & pool area. NO iron, NO Ironing board & no blow dryer!! Dirty dishes - they say to wash but you can’t wash until you have DW detg!. Many lights out (inside & out) no hand soap, NO beach chairs - as listing said & family didn’t bring any bc of that, so we didn’t get to use the beach at all. There should be some kind of hand soap provided to wash your hands. I actually hope that we can receive some kind of compensation due to the fact that we were only there for 3 full days , paid $4000 dollars.

Beautiful home, great location

We celebrated my mom’s 75th birthday here in January. The house is gorgeous and we loved the location. We arrived just after a snowstorm which was unique and fun. House was clean with bed linens and towels available. Appliances all worked and location is convenient to stores and restaurants in Atlantic Beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well-appointed and spacious. The elevator is a huge plus, particularly for getting luggage (and aging parents) to the third floor. That said, we did encounter a few issues: (1) Location of entrance keypad needs to be better communicated, as the door with the keypad wasn’t easily found. Huge shout out to Larry from maintenance who helped us get in! (2) Door alarms were not properly installed so you can press bypass button on your way out but not on your way in, thus setting off the alarm every time. Extremely annoying. Contractor should really be made to come back and install correctly. (3) TV system ended a day early. (4) They do not offer any real amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) which I’ve had at other properties and personally consider to be a best practice. Something for the owners to consider in the future. We flew in from Texas so not easy to bring that with us. All of this to say that we still very much enjoyed our stay!
