New luxury home in prestigious Roosevelt Beach

New constructed home finished in 2024 that has 2 amazing, enormous front porch decks with a reverse floor plan to allow visitors to appreciate gorgeous ocean vistas from the main living area. The top floor features: wood flooring; the primary bedroom with en-suite bath and a walk-in closet, plus a private ocean view deck to enjoy the coastal breezes. There is also a bunk room with a twin over queen bed and an ensuite.
The second floor features: wood flooring, the main living area with soaring ceilings, a large dining table that fits 8-10 guests, a open and spacious living area with a fireplace and a beautiful chefs kitchen. This level opens onto a large covered oceanside porch with expansive water views, the perfect spot to watch the waves. Additionally there is a mother in law master suite that sits apart from the main floor plan, with a luxurious bath, walk-in shower and private outdoor deck.
The first floor also has a half bath and a laundry area.

The ground level has another sitting area with TV and gaming counsel as well as an additional bunk room with full over full bunks and a separate day bed. This bedroom also has a dedicated full bath.
The home boasts is a two car garage with a few beach toys. There is also an outdoor shower area to hose off after a day in the sun.

You will find easy access to the beach via a shared boardwalk that is directly across the street allowing for unobstructed ocean views.

Roosevelt Beach is conveniently located near the NC Aquarium and the Bogue Banks Library. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and more.

ABSOLUTELY no RSV, boats, boat trailers, trailers, or any other recreational vehicle allowed on the street ever. Even for brief periods of time.

This rental was perfect for our group. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we appreciated the welcome basket. The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was lovely sleeping with the sliders open, listening to the waves. We enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable porch. The location was great, across the street from the beach and close to shopping. I highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect! We didn’t want to leave. Plenty of room, there was 11 of us and we were very comfortable. Beach a few steps away and restaurants, stores a few minutes away. We highly recommend this house and are planning on coming back here next summer.
Visited our Aunt & Uncle who live 4 minutes away. Great house!

Beautiful property, high quality finishes and linens. Open and light, could not get enough of the view! Our family stayed for our son’s wedding and the property was the perfect backdrop to a wonderful long weekend. The groomsmen had a nice separate space on the first floor. The surrounding area provided great streets for running and biking. Everything you need is nearby. Any questions were answered immediately by the host, very responsive. The gift basket was a very nice touch. It was nice to be on a quiet street away from crowds. I did not want to go when it was time to leave. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful house!!

Can’t say enough about how pretty and comfortable this home was! You can sit on the porch and see and hear the ocean - there is a walkway 10 feet from the driveway out to the beach! Inside we had everything we needed. Any item we looked for in the gourmet kitchen was easily found. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group! The beach itself was beautiful and quiet - some days we felt like the only ones around and it was amazing. Stacy the property manager was super responsive and addressed any questions right away - really wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!
