With 2 full bathrooms, a fully supplied kitchen, highspeed Wifi, and Smart TVs you'll have all the necessary amenities for a fabulous, restorative stay.

Due to our daughter's Extreme allergies, we are unable to accept animals of any kind on the property.

Due to her extreme allergies, No Smoking, Vaping, candles or other open flames are permitted inside the house at any time.

Owner is involved in the community and frequently nearby to assist guests. Available by phone or text 8:00am - 9:00pm. (24/7 in the event of an emergency.)

Guest use of firepit and/or BBQ is at their own risk and must be tended by a responsible adult. Grill and firepit must remain in-place outside at all times.

Enjoy your peaceful morning coffee in the screened in porch or roomy back patio.

Note* Firewood must be kept in the fire wood storage unit located nearby. No firewood is to be placed on the porch, against the house or inside. Thanks for helping us keep the pests away.

Stays longer than 14 nights require a mid-stay housekeeping visit. Fresh linens, retrieval of used towels, general cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms as well as surface dusting and floors are included in this visit. Security box available attached to the primary closet wall.

Evidence of Confetti, excessive glitter, smoking/vaping and/or animals on the property will result in additional cleaning charges against the deposit. Thank you for respecting our home.

By completing the booking process, renter agree to all provisions and rules in the attached Vacation Rental Agreement.
Failure to comply with the Vacation Rental Agreement or other written house rules will result in the immediate removal of renter and guests and loss of all rental fees and deposit/account holds. Additionally, renter will not be permitted to rent this property in the future.
