Welcome to our charming 3-BR, 2-BA retreat in a serene St. John's neighborhood, ideal for up to 6 guests. Enjoy a cozy living area with plush sofas and a flat-screen TV, a stylish dining area for six, and a fully equipped kitchen for culinary adventures. The master BR feats a luxurious King-sized bed while 2 addit'l BRs offer comfortable accommodations. Outside, a private fenced garden provides a peaceful space for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.
Access with a smart lock code, you will be sent your unique access code prior to check-in
The entire unit is yours to live in and enjoy! We provide fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and basic essentials upon your arrival.
Private fenced garden is available for guests to use
For stays of 30 nights or more, snow clearing during the stay is the guestâs responsibility unless snow service is arranged for a fee
