Charming 2-bedroom cabin with a stunning view

Located just an hour from midtown, this recently renovated original 1940's cabin in Highland Lakes is a sweet and easy getaway - a hidden gem. The 2 cozy bedrooms feature a queen bed and two twin beds. The newly installed Heating and AC system allows convenient temperature controls in each room. The view of the lake is stunning from the large deck and from most of the rooms in the house. From leaf peeping in the fall, to skiing at Mountain Creek (10 min away) in the winter, and swimming and kayaking in the summer, you will not be without things to do... and don't forget year 'round hiking on the Appalachian Trail. The cabin also offers amenities like a dishwasher, WiFi, 55" smart TV, BBQ, and kayaks.

We loved our stay in this cozy cabin! Incredible lakefront views. We came in winter when it was frozen over and beautiful in its own way. I imagine in the summer it would be so fun to kayak right off from the backyard! Would love to come back.

What a great property for a LDW stay! The water was so peaceful and views from every room from the inside! Great hikes, food, wineries/cideries, and shops in the area.

The house is lovely. The location is exceptional . Beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. It was as much as we could have hoped. Highly recommended.

Heaven on the lake

Property was beautiful! Excellent location on the lake, lots of things for the children to do. The beach was very clean and the water was fantastic. The people at the club house were very helpful. We visited Warwick NY a short drive away, very beautiful town. We will certainly book the house again!! We loved it!

Wonderful stay

It was a magical Father’s Day weekend at the lake cabin. I surprised my husband so he can go fishing on the lake and he had a blast. We traveled with our 14 month old baby and it was a great place for him as well. The living room is large and open and he was able to run around and play with his toys. The cabin was super clean and accommodating, perfect for our family of three. The view is beautiful and calming. Communication with the host was fast. I give it 5 stars!

Fantastic Stay in Highland Lakes 2 nignts mid December

What a fabulous little gem in Highland Lakes, NJ. The owners were fantastic and approachable, the cottage is updated with all the regular amenities that you would want. The first morning we saw two swans a hundred yards off of the dock followed by two red-headed Pileated Woodpeckers that came into the trees in the yard, simply magical in the winter morning. The house was adorned with holiday cheer and was a perfect respite from city life. Thank you for the care that you put into the home, I look forward to our next stay.
