Come and enjoy our lakeside home conveniently located on Greenwood Lake. Whether you are on a ski adventure or hiking the Appalachian Trail, touring wineries and breweries or boating fishing and swimming you can end your day relaxing by a roaring fire or overlooking the serene outdoor space with a private lakeside view. The outdoor entertainment area includes a heated pavilion with movie screen, projector and outdoor speakers, that are great for all weather use. There is also a hot tub, fire pit, and dock area with chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas. Canoes and paddle boards are also available for your enjoyment as well as bikes to explore the area. The cottage has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The Aspen suite has one king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The Big Bear Suite has one queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The Lakeview room has one full size bed and adjacent full-size bathroom with a bathtub. There are also two twin beds for your use. The well-appointed kitchen has all you'll need to prepare and serve your favorite dishes, including stylish indoor and outdoor dish sets. If barbecue is your preference just outside the kitchen door is a gas grill and a charcoal Kamado grill with pizza stones. You're sure to stay connected while you're here with high-speed WiFi that reaches all the way down to the dock. There is also plenty to do like Bocce Ball, corn hole, games and puzzles. There are two on property parking spaces and one on street parking spot. Don't forget to ask about the available pontoon rental and guided fishing trips.

We came here for a small family get together prior to Christmas. What a lovley cottage. Infact the pictures do not do it justice. James was a fantastic host, on top of everything and plenty of check ins during our stay. We plan on returning in the summer to enjoy the outside set up more thoroughly. Definitely worth a visit.

The home is more beautiful in person, and the view from the moment you enter the house through to the dining room and den is majestic! The rooms are perfectly decorated with modern amenities against a warm and rustic backdrop. We had a great time, and will be back again.
Got up early one morning to see the beautiful sunrise.
The view at night is equally beautiful.
There are always people on the lake doing fun and interesting things. Better than TV.

Above & Beyond!

The house was spotless! The check-in process was seamless and the hosts offered us every amenity possible both in and outside the house. The outdoor area is really spectacular with beautiful views of the lake from the multi level deck. We cannot wait to come back!

Great views and outdoor spaces

What a lovely gem of a property! Everything is clean and in like new condition. The outdoor spaces can't be beat with lakefront views and comfortable seating. The Property manager is very accommodating and provides plenty of valuable information about the house and the area. We look forward to returning again soon!

A Perfect Family Getaway!

James was a super-friendly, communicative and respectful host. He provided helpful recommendations for places to eat, to drink, and to play. We had so much fun with fishing on his boat (highly recommended) The property was absolutely clean, quite, and fully-equipped!! Thank you! 👍

Perfect weekend on the lake.

James’s home was beautifully curated and very well stocked with anything we could possibly need. We sunbathed on the dock and took advantage of the paddle boards and canoe. We enjoyed cooking each night and dinning outdoors followed by hot tubbing and s’mores by the fire pit. The outdoor TV was a big plus for the golf fans. Any questions we had James was quick to answer. We would love to go back and stay for longer.

Greenwood Lake Christmas Getaway

Everything about this property is awesome: home itself, the decor, amenities, multiple outdoor areas, and location are all exceptional. The owners have created a perfect getaway with everything you could ever need in the home. The beautiful and functional outside areas, which include a covered heated patio for gathering and lounging (with projection tv screen/sound system), a hot tub and a dock to access the lake for fishing, canoeing, etc. They even provided fishing supplies, canoes, etc. Would definitely rent again, winter or summer!

Wow!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! From the house to the outdoors to the owner, everything was fantastic. The outdoor areas were amazing with incredible views. We used the awesome fire pit, hot tub and outdoor theatre every night! The house was beautifully renovated and stocked with everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The owner was kind, responsive and great to fish with! We highly recommend!!

Better than the pictures!

This home was amazing! Our grown kids, my husband and I had an amazing stay. James is fantastic host, and we do not have one single complaint. From little things like the coffee bar, to blankets for the porch, perfect recommendations from the host, water apparatus that was clean, neat and taken care of. Everything met our high standards. Our favorite excursion was the trip to an outdoor old fashion movie theater in Warwick, that shows the newest movies! So fun to watch Indian Jones outdoors on the big screen. The lake was clean, ease to access, and pretty. If you are able to get a week or even a few days here, consider yourself blessed!
