Enjoy a true oceanfront stay in Encinitas with private beach access steps away via approximately 70 cliffside stairs, offering sweeping ocean views and the sound of the waves throughout your stay. This 1,500 sq. ft. home features two bedrooms plus an office and comfortably sleeps five guests, including a primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath, and an office with a twin futon and desk. Community amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub, four tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a half basketball court on one of the tennis courts, a toddler play area, and landscaped greenbelts. Just steps to private beach access via approximately 70 cliffside stairs, with additional beach access a short drive to the north or south. One pool with a hot tub is a short walk away, and another is steps from the unit. Beach chair, towels, and an umbrella are provided. The home also includes a two-car garage and an in-unit washer and dryer. Please note the community enforces strict quiet hours with 24/7 decibel monitoring and a 7-night minimum.

We have stayed in a number of vacation rentals. This one was very well stocked and had all you would need for beach fun. Communication with the property manager was great. The view was of course spectacular! We will return to this home again when we are in the area.

The hosts are great, very communicative. Access to the gated community and the unit was easy. The condo is beautiful, sitting on a bluff so close to the ocean we had to look down to see the waves crashing on the beach. There were just two of us on this trip, but its three bedrooms make it perfect for our family of five, and we're eager to return with them.

Beautiful property and great location except for beach access . AC was lacking in cooling and not all portable cooling units were in working order. Comfortable beds and good quality linens. Dishwasher could use some maintenance . Overall, very nice
