Welcome to your home away from home in magical North Pole, Alaska! This warm and welcoming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex (Unit B) offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay—whether you`re here for work, adventure, or simply to relax.

You`ll have the entire unit to yourself, with a private entrance, your own parking area, and complete access to a spacious layout featuring:
• Three cozy bedrooms
• Two full bathrooms
• A fully equipped kitchen
• A dining room perfect for shared meals
• A comfortable living area to unwind after a day of exploring

Step outside and enjoy our peaceful backyard, where you`ll find a porch swing, hammock, tranquil seating areas, and a grill—perfect for soaking in the fresh Alaskan air under the northern sky.

While the duplex shares a wall with another unit, your side is completely private and thoughtfully separated to ensure a quiet and relaxing experience.

Expect a friendly neighborhood atmosphere and the occasional visit from local wildlife—moose and other Alaskan creatures are often spotted nearby. Please admire them from a distance and help keep them wild by not feeding them.

Winter Travel Tip: We strongly recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle during the winter months, which in North Pole can stretch from October through early June.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected.

***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 30-364 nights would be $1500***

For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.

It is recommended that guests have travelers insurance for the duration of their stay

Absolutely No Smoking of ANY Kind Please:
-Damages will be incurred if found that there has been smoking
-Unfortunately this location is NOT 420 friendly
-Extra Cleaning Fee up to $500 if smoke smell is present in the home

NO PETS ALLOWED if pets are found to be in the home during the stay you may be asked to check out from the home immediately and will not be eligible for a refund for the remainder of your stay. Fee`s may be charged up to $400 if we find that pets have been in the home

Quiet Hours are from 9pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.

No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb`s party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.

Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).
-Smoking of any kind in the unit or where it can waft-into the unit: $500
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $200
-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value
