We are back, totally renovated post Ian and better than ever! We are ready to welcome you back to our charming 1920's Colonial style guest house. We hope you will enjoy its quirky layout and park like property . This ground floor guest house apartment is equipped with a queen size adjustable bed in the bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, full kitchen, 2 smart TV's and private patio. Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing Florida lifestyle!
The space
We do ask our guests understand that this cottage is nearly 100 years old. As such, she's crooked and creaks and our outdoor patios and walkways have some lumps and bumps. If such things will be bothersome to you, we can recommend you to some more modern lodging that may be more to your taste. This is a non-smoking property.

Guests at the Carney Cottage have the entire first floor of our carriage house to themselves as well as a parking space and a small patio.
