Were sorry to hear that Melinda did not have a great stay with us as we usually get raving reviews. Unfortunately there must have been a miscommunication in the listing description because the below paragraph is quoted directly from out listing. "Step outside to a secluded oasis and enjoy the pool and hot tub, shared only with those in this house, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring downtown or the nearby beaches. As unit 1 of 3 in this charming historic house, The Hot Tub Hideaway provides a unique, comfortable base for your next getaway." We do not advertise the pool as heated and the hot tub is kept to 101 degrees but can reach 104 if desired. We try to accomodate every one in the house by keeping the thermostat set to 72 - 74 degrees and ask our guests to communicate if they might need the temperature adjusted. As for the Mosquitos... The city does spray for them, we have bug spray available on the table by the hot tub, and the gazebo does have a mosquito net that can be utilized. Unfortunately this is Florida and mosquitos happen... Especially at dusk. We will keep all of Melindas feedbackn in consideration though as we strive to continually improve our little Florida getway. We think its really neat and so do almost all of our guests. We wish them well in the future..
