We really liked the location and how close it was to the Jordan River Trail. Gen the host was very good to work with and easy to contact. Plenty of parking for my college kids who came to hangout with us. We especially liked the later check-out time. That was exactly what we needed for our stay.

Where should I start, first off you are in the basement and the owners live upstairs and you are in the basement, and the listing says it sleeps 8 people which is a lie it only has 2 full size beds, the couch has a lot of stains and smelled like mold, the listing says it has air conditioning but you cant control it because its a central air unit so the controls are up stairs.

Thanks for your feedback, but honestly it’s pretty disappointing to see this kind of review when you only briefly visited and were given a FULL refund. The sofas were professionally cleaned and were in good condition. The listing shows 2 beds for 4 guests, and any additional guests beyond the original booking are accommodated with extra mattresses as mentioned. The AC was clearly stated as a central system with the control unit upstairs, and the listing does ask multiple times to reread the description before booking to avoid this kind of situation.

Nice stay

Was a little concerned based on the only review this had, but everything was fine. It did smell vaguely of incense sticks, and occasionally maybe a food smell floated down from upstairs, but nothing pungent or bad. Everything was clean and looked as it did in the pictures. Quiet neighborhood, accessible to many food and entertainment places, and we were not bothered at all. Overall a very nice stay.

Smelled terrible. Was not clean. I mean, I had to clean the shower that had TONS of hair in the drain when I got there. Good thing I was the one to see it first or my wife would not have stayed there. It's a shame, if they would get the smell out of that place and REALLY clean it, it could be a nice little spot. As is, this should not be rented out in the current condition. They really should give me my money back.

Experience the quiet and tranquility of Utah! Tucked away in an upscale, quiet neighborhood single family home, relax in a comfortable guest suite that feels like home. Close to all major ski resorts and 20 mins away from Downtown Salt Lake City. This secluded secondary unit is perfect for traveling families or even a large group who wants to experience Utah without breaking their bank.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There are no common areas, you have the entire secondary unit to yourself along with the backyard during your stay. You are more than welcome to spend time in the back entrance of the house (this is your entrance to the unit). There are a couple of chairs and fire pit there, nothing fancy! If you smoke, please smoke outside and put cigarette butts in the ashtray.
