Cozy Cottage in Frankford, Delaware
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage. If you're looking for a quiet get away, this is the perfect place. Great vacation retreat in South Bethany Beach. Fully furnished beach house with 1st floor master bedroom and two bedrooms upstairs. It has 2 1/2 baths. It's just a short 1.5 mile bike ride to the beach, fine restaurants and shops of Bethany Beach. When you walk up the front steps, there is a small porch where you can sip your morning coffee. When you enter the home, there is a spacious living room area to the right and master bedroom to the left. The steps lead up to two more bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The backyard has a shed that has beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. There is a small patio with a grill, dining table and cantilever umbrella. The community offers a lap swimming pool, tennis/pickleball court and two stocked catch and release ponds. The neighborhood roads are great for walks/runs/biking.

We have been going to Maryland and Delaware beaches our entire lives. We especially love Bethany Beach. It's known as the "Quiet Resort"; it doesn't have a very large boardwalk, but has many quaint shops and great restaurants. It's great to sit on the beach and see multiple generations within families making wonderful memories. We enjoyed taking our children there when they were young and we would love other people to have the same experience. That's the primary reason we wanted to host; to share our house with others who want to make memories with their own families. You will not be disappointed making Bethany Beach your vacation destination.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
We immediately fell in love with the Villages of Clearwater neighborhood. We liked that it was quiet and away from the hubbub. We also liked that we could take walks/runs/bike rides in our community and then pop over to the other developments nearby. The small roads that run throughout the community are not well travelled so it's a great place to let the kids roam. There are 2 catch and release ponds that the kids love. And, of course, we have the community swimming pool and tennis/pickleball court. I think you will feel instantly relaxed when you enter our development.

There is a lot of new development in the Bethany area. The neighborhoods are rather large and impersonal. Our neighborhood is quaint and everyone you pass is friendly.
