This house is versatile and can accommodate whatever you and your loved ones are looking for in lodging. It is the perfect family and multi-family getaway fully stocked with plenty to keep everyone entertained. Kayak right from the backyard (2 kayaks included in rental) or fish right off either of the 2 docks on the property.
***One of the docks was destroyed by Hurricane Idalia, the owners do intend to have it rebuilt but at this time we are not sure of a completion date***
The two levels are separated by exterior stairs so makes it perfect for multi-family use or let the big kids stay downstairs and let the parents enjoy the 180degree views from upstairs. Our maximum occupancy (whole house) is ten guests. The upstairs unit sleeps a maximum of six guests, has 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom and offers an open concept kitchen/living area with foosball table while the downstairs rental sleeps a maximum of four guests with two bedrooms and one bath and offers a kitchenette and laundry room. Reserve either or both to meet your needs. Both houses include wifi, cable TV, and are stocked with indoor and outdoor games, kayaks and bikes.

Exterior stairs split the house making it perfect for multi-family rental: 2 beds 1bath upstairs, 2 beds 1bath downstairs.

*Pet friendly for up to 2 dogs, any size, $50 per pet per reservation
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
