Our bayside property is located on a private lane with a large wooden dock at the end of the street, perfect for fishing and kayaking. The house comes with six beach badges and is one block to the beach, which has lifeguards all summer. It is also close to the shops and restaurants in Viking Village, as well as the Barnegat Lighthouse, municipal tennis courts, and the Long Beach Island Foundation.

The resort-like backyard features a heated swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen area with a gas grill, refrigerator, ice maker, sink, gazebo with a ceiling fan, and a dining table. There are multiple chairs, loungers, and an outdoor TV surrounded by exquisite landscaping. There is also a beautiful outdoor cabana with shower.

The primary bedroom is on the second level with a king bed, as well as its own bathroom and a private deck. There is also a spacious living room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen with a wine fridge on this floor, as well as a powder room. The living room opens onto a large deck with upholstered seating.

The third floor features a bedroom with queen size bed, and another bedroom with multiple beds: a twin bed with a trundle bed, and a bunk bed with a double on bottom and twin on top – you can fit 4-5 children in this room. There is also a deck outside this bedroom, and a full bathroom for the floor.

The lower level has a bedroom with a queen size bed and another bedroom has a lounger which converts into a twin bed. There is also a full bathroom on this floor, as well as a large family room with a TV and a queen-sized sleeper couch.
