Short Block to The Beach! Newly Remodeled With Pool & Hot Tub!

New Listing by PREMIER HOST! Also listed on VRLBI #2321. Bring the entire family, and then some! Large newly remodeled Brant Beach 6 BR home with plenty of room to spread out or gather together. One block from the beach, on the Oceanside of the Blvd. Outdoor kitchen, large roof deck with partial water views, and hot tub. More photos coming soon. Above ground pool open mid May to the end of September.

Linens and Towels NOT included. However, they can be rented as a service for a fee. If interested, please inquire with owner.

Ask about our other vacation rentals in Costa Rica, Lake Wallenpaupack, PA and Philadelphia! We also have a rental across the street if you need more space, as well as smaller rentals if you need less space.

Nice stay

Great property with proximity to the beach. We will certainly be back. Next time we’ll have to wait until after Memorial Day so that things are really open.

Great Stay!

This house was perfect for a Bachelorette weekend getaway! We enjoyed the space we had and the closeness of the beach. Sitting outside at night was perfect! The host were so attentive and very much reachable when needed. I would recommend this beach house for friends and families to enjoy!

Close to beach but on a busy road

Close to a busy road, but just a short block to the beach. Walls are very thin. Bring your own sheets or pay a fee for a rental.

Perfect weekend on Long Beach Island. Will definitely do it again.

Organized an in promtu weekend for the family to celebrate Fathers Day. 1st time to LBI and won't be the last. The house was well organized and clean, location was perfect.....5 mins walk to the beach....stores are all within 10/15 mins drive. David and Nancy are super host.

Accurate listing Some cleanliness issues. Grill was not clean. Outside shower we cleaned bedroom ceiling fans not clean. Overall great vacation with family would recommend

Good house for a group

Great house with lots of space for several couples. Too cold to check out the pool, but the hot tub was great. There are a lot of steps. If vacationing with young kids, consider bringing some gates. We did and it worked out fine.

Great stay

The hosts were great. Tom was in touch with me and was so accommodating. One of the “rooms” was listed as an office and in fact was not a private room; this did impact my room arrangement but Tom was quick to assist- so just watch for that in the listing.

90th birthday party for my mom

15 ladies ranging from 25-90 celebrated our mom/grandmother/great-grandmother for her 90th birthday! House fit us all very well and location was perfect!! Kitchen was stocked with every utensil you need for cooking! Our host Tom was excellent at communicating and made sure we had everything we needed! The only thing I would say was maybe add a foam topper to pull out couches for extra comfort. Other than that you can’t go wrong with this house with a big group!

Great house for the whole family!

We rented this house for a week in August & it was perfect for the whole family. There was 13 of us in total with a few kids & they allow dogs as well which was great. Everybody had a great time, the house was more than big enough for everybody as we didnt even use the downstairs part all that much. The house was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The kids loved the pool which was clean and well-maintained. The hot tub on the roof was awesome! The owner was available if we had any issues, which we didnt. I absolutely recommend this house to anyone, especially if you have a big family there is plenty of room. Will be looking to book this house again next year for sure!!

A true gem! We'll be back!

This home was exactly what we needed! Our extended family gathered here from PA, NJ, and Texas. I'm so glad we found this property! The hosts were VERY responsive and helpful. The home was so clean and the gathering spaces were outstanding. We were only there for the weekend and didn't want to leave. If you book the space for a whole week, there is PLENTY of fridge space (one in the kitchen, one downstairs). The kitchen would be a dream to cook in. All the essentials are there. The outdoor spaces were great. Nice little pool to cool off in. The hot tub on the roof looked nice too! The proximity to the beach was wonderful. Just a quick walk. I highly recommend booking this property (unless is for a week WE want it!!!!).

Family wedding weekend in LBI

Overall we had a nice stay, but I was disappointed in the description that said there were 3 bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms. There were 3 bathroom with toilet, sink and showers, but no half bathroom (toilet and sink). The backyard pool was in a crumpled mess. It was too cold for a swim, but it look so messy where the pool was all collapsed. The was no handle on the patio door going out to the deck from the kitchen. The hot water was not turned on under the sink in the second-floor bathroom. Seems like it needed to be fixed. The bedrooms were very nice. The host was very helpful in my emails to her prior to my arrival. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and it worked for our weekend family wedding we attended.
