Welcome to this newly remolded place in Ilion NY, near to Utica NY. The house has two apartments, one on the 1st floor and the other having the 2nd and 3rd floor. As you walk through the front door into the first floor, you will see a beautiful living room with a tv right beside it. As you walk down the hallway, you will notice the bathroom with a washer and dryer inside and the two bedrooms of the apartment. On the other side of the apartment, you are met with the wonderful and spacious kitchen.

Ilion apt worth the stay

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental! Close to Herkimer Diamond Mines, which is where we wanted to visit while in the area. Communication with the owner was prompt, and any questions and concerns were answered immediately. Place is very neat, cute, and homey, which had everything we needed to be able to make meals, and clean up after ourselves. Gas station and grocery store was right down the road, which was convenient for last minute needs. Quiet area. We have a big truck, which made parking out back a little challenging, but all worked out well. Would stay here again if we are in the area!

Very cozy and comfortable. Stayed for 6 days while son was at Cooperstown dream park. It is a very hilly and curvy 45 min drive to CDP, but this was a great place to call home. Only 3 very small cons, 1- parking was a bit tight as it is on a hill. 2- apartment renters upstairs were either very heavy walkers or the floors are very thin. 3- shower head was barely over a dribble. Other than that it was extremely clean,and i would absolutely stay here again.

Family trip

Nice clean and somewhat quiet place. Not 5 stars for the following reasons. We could hear the people renting the upstairs. The smoke detector was right above our heads in the bed, and the light shined in the dark and was bothersome. The dining room chairs were not comfortable to sit in to eat and play games.

Nice apartment

The apartment was very nice. It was clean and had everything you needed. The kitchen was great! Juan was great at communicating. One night a smoke alarm was beeping and he came the next day and fixed it. There were a few things keeping us from giving 5 stars. There is an upstairs apartment and you can hear them walking around and talking. The living room also felt cramped with 2 chairs, a love seat, a small table and a dining table and chairs. Finally, the parking behind the house was fairly tight for 2 cars, especially if you have a larger vehicle.
