Charming, light filled and spacious 3 room guest suite that can accommodate 2 people comfortably. There is a balcony where you can enjoy your coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine as the sun sets. Bedroom sports a king size comfortable bed and the living room has a very comfortable queen size sofa bed if needed to accommodate extra people.

The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out! There were a few amenities missing that would have been nice to have, like paper towels/napkins in the kitchen. The shower head also didn't have the best stream, but that could be easily fixed. Thank you for having us!

Little Falls

This home was wonderful to me. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, and the decor of the home was eclectic and reminded me of New Orleans, the bed was a comfy sleep, and Bianka, the owner, was incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

Clean and comfy. Everything you need is available. Quiet neighborhood. Responsive host. Would definitely stay here again! Recommend a non-slip mat under the hall runner rug and to CLR the shower head so the water streams are all going the direction they should be.

Good for the area

My son and I stayed here for two nights. Bianka was great with communication and was very kind to leave us some fresh eggs. Everything was clean and the age of the building gave it great charm. My only comment to future guests is that this unit is better suited for a single or couple since the sleeper sofa wasn’t all that uncomfortable (which is not unusual).

This was a real home-away-from-home experience. Very convenient to the minor league ballpark which was what brought me and my buddy to town. We both also enjoyed the tucked-into-the-hills setting and small town vibe. The apartment itself was neat, clean, comfortable... great!

Beautiful home base!

This apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway to go diamond mining and sightsee upstate. It was well appointed with everything we needed and super cozy to be in. The location was great for strolling around Little Falls, and also for getting to the local diamond mines and even Cooperstown, which was a fairly short drive away.

Nicest property on the street, everything was as advertised, great location from the ace of diamond mine where we spent the majority of our vacation, already thinking about setting up an return trip in the near future.

Perfection

This apartment was perfection. The pictures didn't do it justice. Everything you could want or need was there with flair. The owner was great. She communicated early and checked in. Directions were right on - make sure you read them! I would stay again. I would refer anyone.

Couple nights for a concert.

The apartment was great proximity to town. We had walked to dinner and breakfast. Bianka was a wonderful host that left us farm fresh eggs for the first morning! She was quick to respond to any questions we had. Apartment was clean and tidy has everything needed for a great long weekend. The sweet little balcony was one of our favorite places to hang out on!

Super Helpful

My first time doing something like this. Our host was attentive throughout the process. The property was lovely and neat as a pin. I slept like a baby after marching thru the HOF. Wish it was closer to Cooperstown but the drive was very nice.. We had a great experience.

This is a little gem fir a peaceful vacation! The host is super kind and welcoming, and takes care of all your needs when there. A map of the area should be placed next to the events calendar so that you can understand this town better... but the apartment and anenities are so nice, you might want to just soend an afternoon relaxing on the balcony!
