Quiet neighborhood. Not on main road. Your Hudson Valley adventure begins at this delightful 3-bedroom house. With 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, this gorgeous property offers a cozy retreat for guests. One queen bedroom with 1/2 bath upstairs with wrap around deck. Enjoy the superb amenities including heating, WiFi, AC, and a full kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, large assortment of pots and cookware. Stand mixer, drip coffee pot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and wine glasses. Unique floor plan. Outdoor multi level decks. House has 20’ x 20’ seasonal sunroom, facing east, for enjoying your morning coffee while soaking in the morning sun. Full laundry facilities with soap and fabric softener and an extra refrigerator. We stock basic pantry items such as salt pepper, herbs, microwave popcorn, catsup, mayo, mustard. Weber BBQ grill. We do not limit paper towels or napkins. Our fully tiled bathroom includes soap assortment, shampoo and conditioner. Pillows are non feather Casper pillows. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Near HITS on the Hudson, Rhinebeck Fair Grounds, Ulster County Fair Grounds, Hiking, Kaaterskill Falls, Woodstock, Phoenicia, Rhinebeck, Hunter Mountain Ski Area, Windham Ski Area, Saugerties Light House Lake Taghkanic State Park. No smoking on the property inside or outside. No parties. No hair dye. Super easy to contact. The house is not wheelchair friendly. We keep our cleaning fee low for our guests!

Older property, super nice full bath, huge kitchen and living area. The boiler is a bit noisy when you run the hot water but that’s the only nitpick. Great host and quiet neighborhood.

Host was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. House was very, very clean (always one of my biggest concerns). There are lots of extras available (toothbrushes in boxes, shampoos and conditioners). I’d definitely stay here again

Great place for a family

This was a perfect location for a small family get together. It was close to beautiful Hudson Valley sites, grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious. We especially liked being able to have a BBQ.

Great place

My wife, I, and a family friend stayed here while attending the Rhinebeck sheep and wool festival. The place was clean and spacious, and the host Terri wonderfully responsive. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Convenient location (10 minutes to Saugerties shops and even closer to gas stations). The house was kept at a comfortable temperature, was clean, and prepared well for our stay. The house had a layout easy to manage with a toddler and even had good toys and books available to use. We loved the sunroom and spent most of our free time at the house there.

Perfect in every way

My family stayed here while visiting our daughter for parents weekend at Bard College. We have stayed in a number of rentals in the area over the past few years, and this is by far the best! It was perfect in every way: spacious, very clean and comfortable, everything worked well and the hosts were super responsive and kind. We will absolutely want to stay here again!

Wonderful stay

The place was clean and well equipped. The stay was very comfortable.We were in town for our son to audition at Bard. The location was convenient for that, but there was little else around. The Saugerties village center has nice dining and some interesting antique shops.Heavy snowfall prevented us from exploring further.

Gorgeous Home Perfect for a Small Group

We stayed with 2 couples and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and organized, and was the perfect size for our group. Having some food staples (coffee, butter, popcorn) already available in the house was super convenient and welcoming while traveling. Teri was very responsive to any and all questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Communication with host was excellent Directions and entry access information very clear and easy to follow. Clean and well stocked with basic kitchen and bath supplies. Comfortable beds. We had some trouble operating the tv, but assume this was our problem since we are older and not particularly tech-savvy. Very, very quiet neighborhood. We loved it and will be back, for sure.

Great Place For A Country Getaway

The house is spacious and well accomodated. There's an enormous television in the living room with two leather sofas. There is also a large enclosed porch which is a nice place to just sit and relax. Also, there are three bedrooms, air conditioning, heat, large refrigerator, washer/dryer ... everything you need. The place was Immaculate when we got there, and our wonderful hostess Teri was always easy to communicate with during our stay.

Centrally Located Gem

This property is perfectly located between Saugerties and Kingston with easy access to both. We wanted a place that was easy to explore the area from and we scored with this house. Everything was clean and we were provided with everything we could need, pots & pans, soap & shampoo, washer & dryer--all of it. We also had plenty of room to do the work we brought with us. The house stayed cool the whole time (day & night) and we really enjoyed it.

Rental Perfection

We rent out a property that we own. I can tell anyone considering this property that there is no detail left unmet. I could go on and on about everything that is great about this rental. Just trust me, you will love it. If you can find something wrong (good luck!), contact Teri and it will be fixed immediately and for good.

The neighborhood chose me. It is a quiet community and offers plenty of dead end roads for walking or biking.

The neighbors are friendly. Everyone waves! The house has a unique floor plan and the seasonal sunroom is beautiful for morning coffee, watching the snow or just snuggling on the futon and surfing the web. The decks offer a night time song of katydid, crickets, frogs and the occasional owl throughout the summer and fall months.
