Cute apartment in a older brick building but right in the middle of midtown and up and coming area of OKC. Has a secure parking area that was sometimes full and no parking during the week we stayed. Rooms are cute, and the area is mostly quiet. Be sure to visit the Harvey Bakery across 13th street

Great place felt very safe. Liked the covered parking lot for vehicles. Place was very clean. Close to restaurants and not far from Bricktown & Paycom center. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was great for us this weekend. Two couples stayed here and it was perfect, fully stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable beds. Location was a quick/cheap uber ride downtown, cheaper than parking for sure. We could have walked to a few places but it was cold this weekend.

First timer here. Every step of the process went great. Love the feeling of safety that came with gated parking and entrance to the building. Beautiful old building. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Rooms were spacious. Bathrooms were nice and plenty of hot water for all of us to shower off the adventures of the day. Loved our stay!

Lovely restored building in Bricktown. Not far from the Memorial, Historic district, Auto District or capital. Secure parking and entry. There was slight snafoo at check-in and I couldn't reach the property manager. However, once I reached them, the situation was sorted out and we got into the unit a couple hours past check-in. The unit was very clean inside. The towels whiter than some hotels I have stayed in. Great space all around. Lovely decor. For us this was just a place to sleep, but if we were in town longer would stay again.

The property was clean except the bedroom carpet needs cleaning. There are painting touch ups needed especially on the hall bathroom doors. More detailed instructions should be left on trash disposal and how to receive food deliveries in the lobby. The parking gate was broken for two days which left the lot unsecured.

A beautiful, comfortable apartment in a cool old building in the coolest part of the city. What more could you want? GREAT restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, near downtown culture/entertainment/sports venues. Little touches like terry cloth bathrobes make the stay extra luxurious. The first place I try to book when headed to OKC.
