I'm a retired architect who LOVES old buildings and decided to become a real estate developer in my retirement. We renovated this building in 2019/2022, and are completing construction on another 12 unit apartment house nearby.

This building chose us, and when we investigated it, we found it to be wonderfully suited for our needs. The building is diagonally across the intersection from the Altoona Railroaders Memorial Museum, convenient to downtown, around the corner from Altoona's Little Italy, and an 8 minute drive to UPMC Altoona and 10 minutes to Penn State Altoona.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
We kept the historic trim, columns, transomes in the hallways; and maintained the high ceilings and huge windows in the building while modernizing the interiors and updating with energy efficient systems. We are super vigilant about cleanliness. The result is a cozy place for you to call "home" while you are here visiting Altoona.
