Great place to stay and relax with a deck, large master bedroom and bath with big deep soaking tub. Great place to walk, sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, and unwind. Deer randomly wander through the yard. A deck to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Close to restaurants and shopping. Internet, 2 Smart TV's, Linens included. Come stay with us, we would love to have you! Month to month furnished rental available.

They added a countertop ice maker this year. Not the most quiet machine. I've been renting this house for at least five years now ( I believe we were one of the early renters when the house went on Vrbo ) and it was the cleanest I've every seen it. The owners have really hit their stride now.

The house was lovely and perfect layout for adults to have privacy at one end and kids at the other end of the house. Beautiful view from the back deck where we enjoyed a glass of wine Saturday evening. Great location near Altoona and all our weekend plans. Would definitely book again when we visit the area.

Mary provided a comfortable country home. We have extended family in the area, and this was a roomy, quiet, and enjoyable alternative to hotel rooms. I will look to book a stay here again.

Perfect location

Myself and a few family members have stayed here for several years during our annual get together. It has always been a pleasure staying at this gorgeous farm property. The home is wonderfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The setting is peaceful and lovely. We highly recommend it!

Family nearby

We stayed at this beautiful house when we were in town for a family reunion. The host was attenuative to our needs and was very kind. This house was perfect for our needs of sleeping, meals and relaxing. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back at this property in the future.

Glad to be back

We've rented this place for four years and it's not too hard to navigate when you have some physical problems. Close to many attractions, stores, and even a highway, but you really don't hear anything with the windows closed. Heat and A/C work well. WiFi works well, which is appreciated when I needed to do some work online. Very clean. Might be a nice idea to print out dishwasher instructions for those who will be staying, but don't have one at home. I was very comfortable.

Great stay and convenient

We had a great time enjoying the house while in the area for a PSU graduation. The space was good and the hosts offered many amenities that we of good use. Only drawback is that house was a bit dusty from maybe not being open or used for a while. Once it aired out all was good. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect for family weekend!

We loved our stay in this cute home! It was the perfect size for a family girls’ weekend getaway! Property is somewhat “secluded”, yet close enough to plenty of areas for things to do! We enjoyed a relaxing long weekend exploring the area, relaxing, and cooking family dinners in this well stocked kitchen!

Like being at home

We had a very comfortable two-night stay. It felt like we were visiting family. The house is equipped with everything you might need. The living areas were spacious and the neighborhood was quiet.

Great location and superb host

We have stayed here several years in a row and we really enjoy the location and the quiet beauty that surrounds it. It is very private and yet so close to all the surrounding towns of Duncansville, Altoona, Hollidaysburg, Bellwood, Tipton, etc. Easy access to the Altoona and State College airports.
