Only 2.8 miles to Disney World's gates! Our spacious 5 bed / 5 bath luxury villa with private pool and spa is perfect for your Disney vacation experience! In the luxurious, secure community of Windsor Hills we provide everything one could wish for. Whether before, during or after your days at Disney, spend time at our Resort's water park, fitness center, market place & cyber cafe. Guests love our kid and family friendly home with plenty of king beds, fresh linens and many amenities. We invite you to learn more about our villa named "Magical Magnolias".

Windsor Hills is one of the closest single family home neighborhoods to Disney Parks (only 2.8 miles away). Windsor Hills is a family friendly, gated resort community that provides guests with so many things to do many families who stay with us schedule at least a day or two to spend at home so they can enjoy the resort lifestyle.

The entire home is yours alone! If home is where you hang your hat, in addition to your game room, own private, covered pool and spa, you also have access to ALL the amenities throughout the Windsor Hills Resort Community including the giant zero-entry community pool, splash pad, and dual water slides! (Please note that the splash pad and water slides will be closed 1/5/26-2/13/26 for refurbishment.) Also included is use of the Windsor Hills movie theater, tennis and basketball courts, putting greens and 4 kiddie parks throughout the neighborhood. Also you can enjoy the Windsor Hills Market Place & Grill, Cyber Cafe, game room and fitness center!

Location Location Location! – Windsor Hills is less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World and you can get there without ever getting on I-4. On the way there and back there are tons of restaurants, shops, stores and shopping centers along Irlo Branson (Hwy 192). Only a 10 minute drive, through 2 sets of traffic lights, to Disney!! Note: there are parts of the WDW complex that are farther from some of the parks than Windsor Hills. But what a great concept, visit the parks in the morning, come back for a dip in the pool or take an afternoon nap, and be back in the parks for dinner and fireworks with ease.

If it's not a Disney day, it's only a short drive to many other nearby theme parks. Other Orlando attractions like Sea World, Universal and International Drive are roughly 15 minutes away. Close by you can experience the thrill of the Tree Trek Adventure Park, miniature golf courses and/or play golf at one of the many Orlando championship courses. You could even make it a week of golf starting right next door to Windsor Hills with Mystic Dunes; rated the second best golf course in the Orlando area. There's also the fantastic Disney courses, championship courses at Reunion and Champions Gate, all less than 10 minutes from home. Oh, and did we mention Orlando International Airport is an easy 30 minute drive from our awesome resort?!

Magical Magnolias is a large luxury home overlooking Reedy Lake with NO rear neighbors for your peace and privacy! Our 5 Bed / 5 Bath, luxury home is perfect for large families traveling together. Denise and I have traveled with large families for years, so we know what it's like to travel with large groups. We know how important it is that everybody has their own private areas after spending a long day at Disney World, Universal Studios or Sea World. Magical Magnolias' 5 bathrooms to match its 5 bedrooms ensures there's minimal waiting for showers, baths, toilets, etc. Because kids want to be immersed into their Disney vacation, we have a Disney themed siblings/cousins room and the other rooms have a hint of Disney splashed throughout as well.

Our lanai, swimming pool, spa is the perfect place to relax and kick back. Whether you choose to BBQ or use our updated kitchen, the screened pool is conveniently located for access to food, kitchen tools and ample places to dine! By the way, pool safety is a huge concern of ours. We have pool fencing that can quickly be installed to keep the little ones away from the water. We have a local property manager(s) to assist you with your immediate needs throughout your stay.

When it's time to wind down, the Family Room and each of the bedrooms is equipped with an HDTV with access to Cable (including ESPN) and many of your favorite streaming sites (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime). Simply access your streaming accounts to watch your favorite movies and shows with our fiber fed high speed WIFI. Our Game Room is another great place for the kids, or those young at heart. After a day at the parks they can play Ping Pong or they may choose our new Ultimate Legends Video Arcade Game System, just like the video arcade games in the arcades of yesteryear!

Whether you drive here or utilize rental cars, there's space for up to three vehicles in the driveway. Additional and/or oversized vehicles have a nearby parking lot available just for them. But don't feel you have to have your own vehicle, there are numerous ride share options to Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World and the many shopping destinations, including Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, 7/11, WaWa, all in close proximity.
