I wish I could’ve given this property six or seven stars instead of just five. The House was charming and the neighborhood was amazing. It definitely exceeded expectations. We spent our mornings on the porch having coffee and then had multiple options to walk to brunch. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and The House was amazing.

It is time for us to check out, and I don’t want to leave! From the neighborhood, to the proximity to everything, to the value for the money- this property is absolutely stunning. Our hosts were constantly in contact, making sure everything was lovely- and it was. We were in town from Knoxville, and if anyone had told us that before leaving we’d be contemplating moving here- simply because of the neighborhood- I’d have called them a liar. But playing house in 303 Scott for the last two days has been lovely!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Victorian cottage. It was clean, well stocked, and the beds were so comfortable. It was a quick Uber ride into downtown and the street parking was easy. I've stayed in other places in East Nashville where it didn't feel very safe, but this location was ideal. One of my favorite getaways so far. Thank you!

Just stayed for one night to go to Grand Ole Opry. Great location with great access to restaurants. Host was very accessible and helpful.

Trevor & I are from the NY/NJ area, & live in East Nashville. We have a passion for food & hospitality. Trevor is a chef by profession and I work in the animal health industry. We have an adorable French bulldog named Robuchon; our pride & joy! We are working to open our own restaurant locally, so know the food scene well.
