Family reunion of 50+ people

Overall very impressed with the property during our family reunion. There is a private bathroom for every king bedroom. Bunkrooms were perfect for the kids. There were multiple large gathering areas for our events. Theatre rooms and access to the pools was a huge plus.

What an amazing home & I highly recommend.

This home is incredible in every way. 6 Master suites all with their own bathroom, a big bunk room, a huge Home Theater and even a pool in the back. We enjoyed the fire pit off the huge deck with great views and the fun game room. This owner thought of everything as this home has it all and is so well furnished and stocked. Great property management company as well.

Epic Reunion Location

Our group of 26 (12 adults and 14 children), stayed at this fabulous property for a long weekend. We had plenty of space for a thoroughly enjoyable reunion. Loved the number of king sized beds, and the two bunk rooms were a hit with the kids. Kitchens were very well stocked. The loft and home theaters were the icing on the cake. Grocery store was a short 5min car ride away. Definitely recommend to anyone with a large group.

Amazing Anniversary

These condos were a perfect setting for my parent’s 50th anniversary with all their children and grand children. There were rooms for everyone with king beds in each. Entertainment for all with ping pong, video games, pinball, and pool table. We came in January, but the pool and hot tub were heated so we had a blast. We also went to the community pool. The weather outside was a little frightful, but the heated pool there was delightful. The two movie rooms provided space for the both the young and the old to watch their favorite movies. Snow Canyon is close with hikes and slot canyons and lava tubes. It makes a spectacular background for a family photo! We will be back for sure.

The homes were perfect for our needs, pools were amazing, kept everyone entertained, grocery store was close by, lots to do in the area. Had a problem at first with one of the movie theaters, 87 hot tub had no water in it, called 2xs about the garbage & was told the manager would call back, but never did. However, those were minor things and we would come back again to those same 2 homes...87/89. Loved it all!

Things we loved: waterpark, splash pool in the backyard, games & activities in the house, piano, large, well-stocked kitchens. We used the theater rooms and main room screen for various activities. We also spilled over into Gubler Park for ultimate frisbee, volleyball, pickleball, etc. The people at UBVR were very responsive to questions, maintenance needs, etc. We had a wonderful week in Paradise Village and would highly recommend it to others.

Incredible time at St George Retreat

The 2 homes were wonderful, large, open and had great spaces fitted for fun and relaxation. The rooms each had their own private bathroom which was such a splurge for the many married couples. We had plenty of room to eat and socialize late into the night. The kids played tirelessly in the game and theater rooms and then spent hours in the sun. We loved the pickleball courts in the park behind. The various pools were perfect for the heat. We enjoyed the private development so much we are returning next year.

Family Reunion

Beautiful properties, well maintained and furnished. There were 50 of us and it didn't feel crowded at all. It was nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Games and activities for all were abundant and the pools were great and very friendly. As with anything, things break. Shades on some of the upstairs windows were missing or didn't work. There were no accommodations for special needs. Halls were wide as were the doors. No grab bars were available in any of the bathrooms. Two refrigerators/freezers and two ovens were available in each house and the kitchens provided all the appliances and items that were needed. Thank you.

Loved it!!!

We loved the property and management team! The kitchens were nicely labeled and everything was there! That was a blessing because those kitchens were huge! We couldn’t reach the middle of the island it was so big! I don’t think the listing had the extra fridges
.that was a nice surprise. I didn’t try all the beds but the few I saw were very comfy and nice! The bedding and linens were perfect
.and extremely classy! The only thing I would warn future visitors of is the rollaways are meant for small people. I hadn’t thought about that when planning and there is nothing wrong with them but I would have planned better. Also, the stairs are steep. Again
zero complaints but I will plan better when I return and I will definitely return! The books were strange
.who would read in a house with so many pretty details to look at?

Absolutely Horrible Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had several issues upon arrival. The door handle to the house was broken, all the remotes in both theaters were missing batteries or had dead batteries, the internet didn't work in one of the houses, etc. When I reached out to UBVR, they said they'd send someone. 6 hours later, still no one had come. I called again and they sent someone, who basically said he couldn't fix any of it, couldn't even get batteries for the remotes, until the next day. He came back the next day and put batteries in the remotes but did not fix the door handle, so we couldn't get in the house half the time. When I brought up these issues with UBVR, they just keep telling me they'll get back to me. Now I can't even get a hold of them. Several other issues, these are just the big ones. Terrible service, terrible response time and communication, and poor condition of house on a few different levels. Very frustrated.
