- The newly furnished home boasts expansive living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and four cozy bedrooms.
- The master bedroom features a king bed, a cast iron soaking tub, dual shower heads, and a large walk-in closet.
- The second bedroom offers a queen bed.
- The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle bed.
- The room over the garage provides an additional king bed.
Amenities
This upscale neighborhood has top-tier golf courses, tennis courts, and restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch, and dinnerâall within walking distance of the home. The marina, which offers kayak rentals and fishing, is also close by.
Entertainment
The climate-controlled garage includes five bikes, a ping-pong table, tennis and pickleball rackets, a Peloton Bike & Tread. The screened patio offers a Connect Four game, life-size Jenga, and a hot tub for relaxation.

Gated Community: Gate hours are from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. One after-hours gate pass is provided for access into and out of the neighborhood. Please inform us if you plan to arrive after 10 p.m. on your arrival date.

We found this neighborhood and fell in love, the amenities are top notch and we have found that the neighbors are just as amazing! Make time to visit at least one of the two restaurants and the farmers market in front of Dockside Cafe on Thursday mornings.

The home now features a lavish wet room in the master bathroom and an outdoor jacuzzi for the ultimate relaxation experience. Looking for some thrills? Besides the luxurious amenities, the residence is conveniently situated within walking distance of the neighborhood restaurants, tennis courts, a marina, and swimming pool.
