Salle à manger et 3 terrasses des vues impressionnantes sur la mer- cuisine entièrement équipée et agencée (lave-vaiselle, vitroceramique, micro-onde) - piscine et jardin communautaire - parking. Situation privilégié. Idéel pour familles ou pour personnes que veulent être prés de Barcelone mais dans une ville sur mer. Le lotissement est construit sur une falaise.Plage de sable au coté Le centre de Sitges et l’station de chemin de ferre est à 10 minutes à pied. Port de Aiguadolç 5 min . à pied.
Lorsque vous êtes dans cet appartement semble être dans un bateau.


Depuis ses graduaciones Aiguadolc a été Catálogo comme l'un des meilleurs puertos sportifs, no sólo al de la Catalogne, mais de toute la Méditerranée espagnole, par la qualité de ses services et son environnement de accueillant. Dans la propre recinto Portuaire, près des tricheries, existe un noyau Residencial de apartamentos dont la ligne traje architectonique fidèlement celle-là des petits villages de pêcheurs qui éclaboussaient la dépense méditerranéenne d'autrefois. Les locaux de première ligne de mer accueillent un bon nombre de bares y de restaurantes qui apportent, spécialement dans l'été, atmosphère et une grande corredor. Colgante de l'hiver, le Port d'Aiguadolç un lugar est très apprécié par ses jours et tranquilles revelaciones au soleil. Près du port, situées aux deux côtés, se trouvent deux des meilleures plages de Sitges: minutos a pied des dix de Puerto, se trouve le casco antiguo de cette Localité magnifique, avec ses ruelles avec ses ruelles étroites, magasins et Musée

Simply the most incredible VRBO we have ever stayed in. Tina’s apartment on the cliffs of Sitges, Spain felt like being in a castle. The balconies and the views of the sea were spectacular. The apartment was spotless and had every amenity that we needed. Tina was superb at communication throughout our entire stay. Arturo and she are both kind and gracious hosts. It’s just a short walk or taxi ride into the beautiful city of Sitges. 10/10!!!

Great views and location

Lovely apartment overlooking the sea, with 3 balconies. A short walk along the coast to town, with all essentials provided - even a very kind pick up and drop off at the bust station!

Beautiful location

Arturo was so helpful and we loved this quiet location in Sitges. We welcomed all the walking to the lovely, lively town. There is a wonderful beach closer to the property along with restaurants too ! Definitely would go back !

Gorgeous appartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The views from the balconies were amazing. The appartment was clean and comfortable, and the host was very thorough and welcoming. Can't wait to return.

Great location, amazing apartment and enough space for 5 of us with multiple balconies. There is a Trainline close by but we didn’t notice the trains as there’s quadruple glazing, additional shutters and they pass by v quickly so not noticeable at all. We had a lovely time and would happily return to stay again sometime!

Lovely Seaside Villa

We enjoyed the well appointed condo overlooking the sea. Easy walk to the harbor with many restaurants to choose from. A few more steps will take you into downtown Sitges. Host was very helpful and responsive.

A wonderful stay with amazing views

I was travelling with my two adult daughters and we enjoyed our stay very much.The apartment had everything we needed, I was especially happy for the kitchen having all the utensils we would want. Dishwasher and a washing machine were great to have as well. The views are simply gorgeous, the building beautiful and the neighbourhood very nice. But above all, we would like to thank Florentina and Arturo for making us feel so welcome.

Relaxing with awesome views

My daughter and I stayed for several days. Really enjoyed the balconies and the location. Easy walk to the beach and port, where there are several restaurants . The walk to town was about 30 minutes with hills. There is a very small grocery store at the port, but it has the essentials.

Stunning sea views

Fantastic apartment with the best views we have ever experienced! Although a little out of sitges centre it was worth it for the sea views, lovely beach & beach bar very close by & enjoyable walk into sitges. Hosts were extremely helpful & made the stay very easy & relaxed. Apartment has absolutely everything you need would definitely recommend & would return!

Beautiful

Loved this property! The view of the Mediterranean was just breathtaking. If you decide to stay here, just be aware there’s no lift/elevator and a lot of stairs! But once you arrive and see the view, it’s so worth it.

Amazing

Arturo and Tina are the best hosts - there was no misrepresentation in the booking listing. They were super accommodating and even helped us carry our belongings in. No issue with the train - enjoyed having it there actually! You can’t beat being so close to the sea!

Breathtaking views, with warm hospitality - a perfect stay in Sitges!

Despite a language barrier, we easily communicated (both prior to and during the trip). The flat's location is just off the beaten path, within walking distance of the beach, the market, and the town itself. The flat's "wow" is the view, perched on the cliffs above the breaking was. The flat was clean, well equipped, and was a delight for our family of 4. A wonderful start to our trip in Spain.

Amazing

What an amazing place, the apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable and true to all the pictures provided. It has everything you need and more. Well organized, comfortable beds and amazing views to the ocean. The location was perfect, close to everything and only a short drive away from Barcelona. Tina and her husband were very helpful and always quick to answer any questions I had. I couldn’t be any more satisfied with my stay. I strongly recommend this property. It will definitely be my place to stay next time I come visit Barcelona.

Lovely stay in sitges

The property had a wonderful outlook and a great roof terrace. It was a bit further from sitges than we expected, a good half hour walk which was too much for us in the heat. The property could do with a bit of attention. Light bulbs in the lamps were gone, clothes pegs broken, table cloths stained and no table mats. However we had a lovely week there.

Thank you very much for your comment. The lamps are not with a visible bulb, you just have to touch the base and they light up. The tablecloths were in a drawer on the buffet. You were fantastic tenants and I would love to have you come back to my apartment.

Amazing location and views

My husband and I spent 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment has a sweet homey feel with all the basics. But the views are amazing. Open windows from kitchen to the sea. 2 balconies and a roof top patio. Short walk to the pier with great dining options and water sport rentals. The beach is a small family beach with chairs and umbrellas available to rent. Small bar and grill for refreshments. The city of Sitges is crowded and more of a party area, this part is more low key and perfect. Very close to Barcelona. Would love to stay here again. Tina and Arturo were the perfect hosts and went above and beyond making us feel welcome and had everything we needed.

Did not want to leave

We spent 3.5 days in Sitges. It was our first trip to Spain and what a perfect way to start our vacation. I was there with my two (tween/teen) daughters, and the space worked for us very well. The extra bedroom was pretty tiny but worked just fine. It was a very easy and enjoyable to walk to the beaches, port (restaurants (favorite was El Cafe de la Plata) and supermercat), and old town center. We even walked to Carrefour Market and back. We spent time on the beach nearest to us, as well as one afternoon at one of the larger beaches. But really the best part was just being there on the terrace or rooftop gazing out at the endless sea. Cannot wait to go back.

What you are not told

You are not told the property is directly beside an 18 hour train track where trains run every 10 mins or so to almost midnight and run past the property starting at 623 am. Also the property is on the third floor of the building There is no lift It was helpful that the owner collected us from the train station and took us to the train station this morning. The sound of the trains is a huge problem I did not have one nights sleep

Great Place

The pictures do not do this place justice. The deck off the kitchen is located about 100 feet directly over the ocean with endless views I will never forget it. It has two more decks as well one with a spiral staircase you can access from the kitchen with 360 views. It was extremely clean the hosts were beyond pleasant and responsive to every question big and small we had... it gets better :-) you are about a 10 Minute walk down a private path to Sitges harbor that has memorable cuisine and great restaurant hosts. You can keep walking about 10 more minutes into the main town of Sitges which is very beautiful. You are also about a 3 minute car ride to the local grocery store. Yes there is a train line behind the complex. Don’t worry about it they are going so fast and it just makes a small woosh you can’t even hear it it almost envokes a sense of peace. The windows in the bedrooms are also doubled up to ensure silence. We however slept with the bedroom door so I could wake up to the sound of the ocean crashing into the cliffs below us. We’ve been all over the world and this place these hosts and this town are on the top of the list for relaxing Spanish getaway.

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet appartement très agréable, les propriétaires ont été charmants à notre arrivée. L’appartement était tres propre et agréable à vivre, il se trouvait surtout dans un lieu incroyable à flanc de falaise ! En revanche, nous aurions aimé être informé qu’il se trouvait très proche de la voie de chemin de fer pour la nuisance des passages du train. Néanmoins, notre séjour était top !

TRES BON LOGEMENT

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. logement très fonctionnel avec de superbes vues, une terrasse sur les toits magnifique. logement très bien équipé avec cafetière Nespresso, lave vaisselle, machine à laver... point négatif, le parking est un peu loin de l appartement et il y a ma voie ferrée juste à coté mais grâce au quadruple vitrage, ce n est pas dérangeant. literie excellente, appartement très propre. Logement idéalement placé pour pouvoir prendre le train pour se rendre à Barcelone (train toutes les 15 minutes) nous recommandons ce logement et les propriétaires sont très réactifs et très accueillants
