The Ouachita Hideaway is the perfect property for large or multiple families wanting a secluded place yet close to town! Boasting plenty of indoor space with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, laundry room and more there's space for everyone!

Main level:
Bedroom #1 - King bed, private bath with tub and shower, Roku TV and access to the back deck

Bedroom #2 - King bed, Roku TV

Bedroom #3 - Queen bed with TV, up the spiral staircase is 2 oversized "dog beds" for sleeping... fun room for kids and teens!

Bedroom #4 - Queen bed, Roku TV

Kitchen with breakfast nook - seating for 4 at the table plus 2 barstools

Dining Room - seating for 8

Living Room - large sectional provides sleeping for 2

Laundry Room - washer and dryer for your convenience

2 more bathrooms are on the main level situated between Bedrooms #2, 3 and 4.

Downstairs:

Living Room #2 - 2 couches provides sleeping for 2, Roku TV, access to pool

Workspace - desk and chair

Bathroom - large with walk in shower

Bedroom #5 - King bed, Roku TV

Game Room - ping pong table, bean bag that turns into a queen sized mattress
(*You must walk through Bedroom #5 to access the game room.)

Outdoors:
On the main level is a large back deck with a dining table for 6, a grill, couches and chairs for multiple people and a Roku TV for your entertainment!

Walk down a few steps to the above ground pool --- Weekly maintenance means the pool is always ready for guests! Pool towels, toys, floaties and 2 small life jackets are available for your use.

The pool is accessed from the house through a gate. (Always be sure to close the gate behind you for safety!)

In the front yard is more seating, a fire pit and plenty of room to roam.

Things to note:

***The pool closes down at the end of September and reopens at the beginning of May.

***A Christmas tree is put up after Thanksgiving.

***Guests are welcome to use the garage but a clicker is not provided. You will need to open and close it from the inside.

***There is a view of the Ouachita River from the property, but it is not accessible from the property.

***Apple Maps will get you directly to the property, but Google Maps doesn't provide the last turn up the driveway. You will drive through a gate to access the property.

***No pets allowed.
