We had a wonderful stay in the house. Our group of 13 people had an amazing time. We cooked most our meals there. The kitchen was roomy so several could be in it preparing our meals. One of our favorites was the huge dining room table where we were all able to set at for our meals. The pool, covered area down by the lake and the game room were our other favorites. Shuffle board was a huge hit for the guys. The bedroom were all very nice size. Communication was great if we had any questions. Very clean and accommodating for a big group.

The property was beautiful, we loved everything about the outside, the pool, the sitting area, the fishing area were awesome but there could have been cleaner areas in the house, and outside. Lots of cobwebs, and one toilet was dirty upstairs. Overall it was an awesome staycation and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!! The management team was very responsive and helpful!!

Family July 4th

This property was a great fit for our family of 14 adults. It was nice having a bedroom and private bathroom for each couple. The game room was well equipped and enjoyable. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. One of our favorite things about this property was the easy access to the pool and dock areas. Even the older adults had no difficulty. The pool is a little small for a larger group like ours and the house location does not lend itself to swimming in the lake. The covered outdoor seating area was very nice. This was the fifth year for our family to gather in Hot Springs for our 4th of July celebration and the consensus was that this property was the best we have had.

The house is always such an enjoyable place for us! We rent the home for convention, and it allows us to have a wonderful time for our staff to bond, but still allow everyone to have their own space. The house is gorgeous, and has everything you need to accommodate a big group! The rooms are super spacious and comfortable!! The kitchen is well stocked for meals and enough room for everyone We have stayed twice, and enjoyed it both times.

Great place for family reunion

Great. 5 siblings ages 90 to 72 and some spouses, children were very comfortable in this house and it is beautiful. We enjoyed visits on the patio, under the cabana, at the kitchen table and entertaining at the dining table. Everything was spotless, kitchen was well furnished, appliances worked.

Luxurious Comfort

Our family used 6 of the 7 bedrooms. All 6 had an adjoining bath (3 had Jacuzzi tubs). Great amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend highly

Great for a big group

This house is right on the water and gray for large groups. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of cooking appliances. The grill was a great addition and the fire pit is awesome. Can’t wait to be back!

Loved the house

The only downside is the internet wasn't strong enough to handle streaming, but we did have access to Dish. The house was clean and tidy and would recommend staying here.

Beautiful Home

Absolutely beautiful home, very large, fantastic place, plenty of room, well stocked, nice furniture, clean. Absolutely love the layout and space. We loved our stay here. The neighborhood looks sketchy but appears to be safe, we didn't have any trouble or see any problems. Not too far from town, quite area.

Family Vacation in Hot Springs

Very nice property! I would plan to bring your own dish towels and extra paper towels. The dish towels were microfiber, and only two were provided. Located right on the water, only 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs! I would stay here again!

Family vacation for 13

The house is not just beautiful but so very spacious.7 bedrooms with each having its own bathroom. The house was well equipped with all the necessities. Fishing was great. The family caught 3 huge catfish weighting over 5 pounds or more, numerous smaller fish and 4 turtles, one which weighed 20 lbs. the kids had a great time fishing. Also had a nice pool, weather was just too cool to enjoy.

Beautiful Home on the Lake

Our stay was one of the best ever family vacations. The home is spacious, expertly furnished and lots of unexpected amenities such as condiments, coffee, sugar, etc. The kitchen dishes, pots and pans and utensils are abundant for a large gathering. The grand kids loved the pool and fishing from the dock. Hot Springs has plenty of fun things to do. We will return.

Girls trip

The home was very comfortable. Everything was there that we needed and we had a nice time. The pool needed cleaned and the owner came and made it right quickly. The outside balconies and pool area need some tender loving care and maybe just a power washing would help.

We had a great time and the house was more than adequate for all 13 of us. The house is very big and all the extra bathrooms were great. The management was very responsive to all questions that we had and we had no major issues. The house could use some general maintenance overall with faucets being loose and doors tough to close, but nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our family. Thanks for everything!
